Owner Description

Please note caravan only available 18th July 2020 - 29th August 2020. Early booking advised. We have dogs but we are not letting with dogs.

Our privately owned and treasured Atlas Status in first class condition at St Minver caravan park, is a luxury caravan with all modern features. It consists of 2 bedrooms 1 double, 1 twin and a pull out zed bed sleeping 2 in the lounge. Gas central heating and double glazing.

Entrance door is to the kitchen with a centre island, fitted eye level oven with microwave above, work tops with toaster and kettle, fully fitted large fridge freezer and seated area with chairs. There are plenty of utensils, crockery, cutlery and cooking dishes.

The lounge has a double french window, 1 arm chair and large settee. Modern furniture and shelves housing a 32" TV, an electric fire and the owners personal ornaments etc.

Double bedroom has a fitted wardrobe and dressing table, with an en-suite which has a bath!

Twin bedroom has a fitted wardrobe.

Bathroom with a large shower with good water pressure, hand basin, and toilet.

Hoover and hair dryer are also supplied for your convenience.

Every effort is made to keep what is our holiday home, in first class condition for you to enjoy.

There is a large decking outside the caravan which stretches from the front and right round the side and gets the sun all day! Outside furniture will be left for you to use along with the picnic table on the patio area. (Our potted plants may need to be watered please)

On the day of your arrival (4pm) at St Minver caravan park, your beds will be made in the bedrooms for you, you only need to bring your own towels, tea towels. On departure day (10 am), please strip the beds and remove all rubbish from the caravan.

Gas, electric and water all included in price. Passes not included. £50 bond will be taken before commencement of your holiday and will be refunded after the caravan has been checked.

We are 5 minutes walk to the shop which sells groceries, papers holiday souvenirs etc, the reception is to the left and the swimming pool to the right.

The indoor pool always has a lifeguard on duty and there are set activity programme allowing for children's play and also an adult time.

An old Manor House (10 minutes walk away) is the setting for St Minver caravan park which now has a restaurant, bar, games room including a pool table, amusement arcade, SKY Sports, Internet Access, Evening entertainment with live acts on some evenings.

There is also a launderette on site.

Outside play area has a Crazy Golf course, climbing frame, swings, slides and a football/netball area.

There are a lot of charming little villages.with beaches, coastal walks, country trails (for the keen cyclists) and of course Port Issac where the series Doc Martin was made,

The picturesque village of St Minver is just a short walk from the Manor House with a post office and country pub.

Please note the £100 deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel after you have paid the full amount, we will try our best to re-let the caravan and refund your payment, but there is no guarantee.

If we find we have to cancel your booking (e.g. fire, theft, flood or damage.) In this instance we will make a full refund. If we cancel, we will have no further liability to you for this.

The park welcomes families and couples only.

If you are asked to leave due to unreasonable behaviour or noise no refund will be given.

Unlawful drugs of any description are not permitted on the park.
