Main Description
Our privately owned Delta Coronation caravan (the only one of its kind on the site) at St Minver caravan park, is a luxury caravan with all modern features. It consists of 3 bedrooms 1 double, 2 twin and a pull out zed bed sleeping 2 in the lounge. Gas central heating and double glazing. Fully fitted kitchen, which can be closed off from both the bedrooms and lounge with doors. There are plenty of utensils, crockery, cutlery and cooking dishes, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven and grill, fridge/freezer. Seated dining area. The lounge has an arm chair and a comfortable large round room sofa. Wall mounted 32" TV and electric fire. Bathroom with a large shower, hand basin, and toilet. Hoover, hair dryer and washing line are also supplied for your convenience. Every effort is made to keep what is our holiday home, in first class condition for you to enjoy.
There is a large decking outside the caravan which stretches from the front and right round the side and gets the sun almost all day!, New patio furniture this year, a table with a parasol and 6 chairs. We are leaving the original round table and 2 chairs and the additional 4 folding chairs stored inside, ( Private parking for 1 car in front of the caravan. Dogs are welcome, (note only 1 at a time), however please do not allow them on the furniture, or in the bedrooms. Rock the closest beach is dog friendly all year round.
On the day of your arrival at St Minver caravan park, your beds will be made in the bedrooms for you, you only need to bring your own towels, tea towels.
Gas, electric and water all included in price. No extra charge for clean well behaved dog.
We are very close to the amenities, however it is still very quiet.
An old manor house is the setting for St Minver caravan park which now has a restaurant, bar, games room including a pool table, amusement arcade, SKY Sports, Internet Access, Evening entertainment with live acts on some evenings. Wi-fi is available on the Park.. The indoor pool always has a lifeguard on duty and there are set activity programme allowing for childrens play and also an adult time. (Also can personally recommend the sauna.). Opposite the swimming pool is a well stocked shop selling groceries and holiday souvenirs etc There is also a launderette on site.
Sid and Lizzie are available every day to keep your children entertained.. Outside play area has a Crazy Golf course.

There are a lot of charming little villages.with beaches, coastal walks, country trails (for the keen cyclists) and of course Port Issac where the series Doc Martin was made,

The picturesque village of St Minver is just a short walk from the Manor House with a post office and country pub..
