Our family owned caravan is a 6 berth Willerby Salsa with gas fire and hot blown air heated rooms (this is an eco van and is very well insulated).
We have a 44" smart tv with Disney+, Sky Sports, BT Sports, Prime Tv and Netflix’s. Unlimited free WiFi and a selection of board games for all family members to enjoy.
There are two toilets, one in large shower room which has a heated towel rail and loads of storage.
Three bedrooms, one double and two twins.
Large galley style kitchen which includes fridge freezer, full sized gas cooker, microwave, slow cooker, kettle, 4 sliced toaster, sandwich toaster, blender, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, hoover and a full range of other kitchen equipment provided with gas and electric included in the price.
We would appreciate it if it was left clean and tidy after used.
We supply all duvets and pillows but there is a charge of £25 for bed linen with beds made up on arrival, if you require.
We do ask you to bring your own towels, tea towels, and toiletries.
Please leave mattress protectors on all beds at all times.
Arrival time is 3pm and departure time is 10am.
There is a key safe situated next to the door with the caravan key inside.
A key code for opening the box plus WiFi password will be sent to your mobile number by text on day of arrival.
All we ask....is to place the key in locked box on day of leaving.
If key does get lost then there will be a charge for replacement key or change of lock, so please be careful when using and don't forget to put key back secured in box at the end of your stay.
We are very proud of our van and all we ask is that you treat it with respect!
A £50 non refundable deposit to secure your dates is required.
There is also a refundable £100 breakages bond per week/weekend required for all bookings which is returned once the van is checked and found to be as we left it (van is checked by our cleaner straight after it is vacated).
Any damages MUST be reported ASAP so we can deal with it appropriately.
The remaining payment must be paid in full and no later then 8 weeks before your holiday starts.
Sorry NO PETS allowed due to allergies, and definitely NO SMOKING or VAPING in the caravan or on the decking.
Our prices are for caravan only!
We DO NOT supply any passes (Haven play passes) as this is reflected in the price, but they can be easily brought at the main reception/office at time of arrival.
The Live Lounge and main complex is a short walk away with the caravan sited near The Saxon bar which includes: Evening Entertainment, Sky Sports, Games area, and Soft play for children.
There is a exit gate/walk through at the bottom end of park with a 24 hr petrol station, The Catch (fish & chip shop) Indian Lounge restaurant, Cafe, Aldi supermarket, Costa coffee and Gregg's all within a 10 min walking distanced plus a large shopping complex roughly 20 mins walk
Be sure to book early if looking for that Spring, Summer or Autumn break.
