We have recently come back from a 2 week stay at this beautiful caravan! We didn’t get off to a great start, the neighbours were moaning within the first ten minutes of us getting there (we were unpacking the van) that out dog was off a lead. I understand dogs were meant to be kept on a lead but when you pay for puppy and dog training this was completely unnecessary. The next day my parter lost the key, which was resolved very quickly by the owner! Then the hot water wasn’t working but the boiler was, Lisa the owner was yet again very quick to get this fixed to which it was the next day! We didn’t let this get to us, and had the best of the time we had left! The caravan was clean to a high standard! Everything was equipped very well, dog and child friendly items! The view from the caravan I will never get over, it was just stunning!!!! Morning, day and evening! The little common field a few caravans up was perfect to take the dog over, which had horses and cows. Very lovely 20 minute walk to the beach, not so much coming back up the hills, but definitely worth it for the view!!! We took a beach trolley every day for the beach stuff and to pull our 4 year old up the hills which my partner loved (haha) We cannot recommend this caravan enough! And we will definitely be back!! Just realised that I hadn't left a review of our lovely stay last June 2022! My husband and I visited this beautiful caravan last June with our 4 year old Patterdale terrier, Ryder, and we had the best time. The caravan is in a lovely elevated position overlooking Swanage Bay and the view was just to die for! Waking up to that view everyday was relaxing enough in itself. The wrap around decking area was just perfect to sit out and admire the views and being enclosed Ryder was perfectly safe to roam free too. The caravan was spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed, even a cafetiere, which we often pack as we like our fresh coffee in the morning! There was even a goodie bag of doggie treats too, which Ryder thoroughly enjoyed! The nature reserve is literally a two minute walk and our Ryder had the time of his life, even walking down as far as the light house! The town of Swanage is about a 20 minute walk and is a lovely little town with all amenities and a lovely beach. The walk back up hill is a bit of a challenge but very good exercise! We had planned to have a relaxing week away to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary and that is exactly what we did, visiting a few local places as well. Highly recommend this lovely caravan and will definitely return again.

We are always dubious when booking dog friendly holidays due to past poor experiences. So happy that this place was a dream!! Really clean, and lovely large decking with a view. Sunsets were stunning if you walk just up the hills round the outside of the park. We flew a kite as it was setting, it was truly beautiful. We had family staying on the same site and all congregated at ours each night as ours had both size and views. Lisa always responsive go queries and gave us some great spots for lunch (seventh wave cafe for lunch with a view!) Really enjoyed our stay, we hope to be back soon.

We did not want to leave this beautiful caravan! So clean, amazing views, a perfect spot, beautiful veranda which is secure for our doggy, everything you need all provided even a lovely tin of biscuits and doggy treats. The fact that it is pet friendly too was the icing on the cake for us! Only a short drive to our favourite beach at Studland, just a couple of minutes drive down to Swanage town and its beautiful sandy beach. I also love the diversity of shops in the town. The caravan is so close to the Townsend nature reserve entrance for lovely walks and more amazing sea views, we saw a stag, ponies and all so quiet. Already managed (luckily) to book again for a short break later in the year we can't wait!

We gave this caravan full marks across the board. It has everything you need... very clean and spacious, well laid out and the balcony with views over the bay were delightful for early morning coffees. Will definitely look to rebook in future.

We have just got back from a week away in this beautiful van. We are a family of 5 (including a teenager, a 9 year old and a dog) and we all had a lovely time here, so much so that our youngest wanted us to extend our stay or buy the caravan. The caravan is beautiful and immaculate, it has everything you could need. The welcome pack is a lovely touch including the dog treats etc. The views are stunning, you would never get bored of sitting on the veranda looking out to them, the monocular was enjoyed by all watching the boats. Good location with a short drive to Studland beach which is our favourite or a nice walk into Swanage. Thank you and we will defiantly be back.

We have had the most wonderful stay in this caravan. We highly recommend this holiday home to those who appreciate a well laid out contemporary caravan who love the outdoors. As ex-static caravan owners who have done holiday letting for many years on Haven Parks we were blown away by this caravan. We could not find fault with it. Contemporary furnishings without being too over fussy. Fully equipped kitchen yet plenty space for food storage. Many extras from the owner for my dog who made herself at home with dog treats and loved the Nature Reserve 2 minutes walk away. We loved the roller blinds to block the sun out. We loved the large wraparound decking area. We sat out on table and chairs most of the time to look out on wonderful views of Dorset Coastline. Sunsets in Dorset are just the best!. We ve stayed on this park for many years - and others too in Dorset. This is the best caravan we ve been in by far.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in swanage the accommodation was second to none everything was thought of for our stay with a lovely welcome pack for both ourselves and our dog the caravan was like new and cleanleness was 10\10 the communication through out was prompt and any questions answered warmly, we would recommend this van the view is lovely with outside seating area in a good location.
