Valley sea breeze is a 2013 2 bedroom 35 x 12 ft caravan with decking with a secure gate to stop little ones from escaping. Its on a parkdean site Valley Farm in Clacton-on-sea, Essex. Its features full central heating, double glazing and electric fire in the lounge.

A fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, ironing board and iron. Everything you need for a short or long stay.

There is a 40 inch smart lcd tv in the lounge with a Netflix subscription for you to enjoy on them rainy days or to keep the kids entertained. You can also watch all freeview channels.

Wi-fi is included in your stay so you can connect all your gadgets free of charge.

There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer located in a storage shed just outside the caravan.

The bedrooms consist of 1 double room with dressing table, wardrobe and door to shower room and 1 with 2 single beds with wardrobe. Beds are made up for arrival. Hairdryer supplied. There is a double pull out sofa bed in the lounge.

No smoking including e cigarettes allowed in the caravan.

No pets allowed.


£50 deposit it required - this will be refunded if the site does not open in time for your stay. Or you can move your date.

Security deposit £100 is also required. This will be refunded once the caravan has been checked over for any damage or items missing.

Security deposit and balance is due 28 and before arrival.
