Our amazing 40 x 20 2 bedroom lodge is is down a unique private level path on the private owners new development on Palm Sands also has its own private allocated parking space.

Free mains supply for electricity water and gas central heating with thermostat control, Outside space is a large garden area 3 steps up to the very large decking where you can take full advantage of the stunning panoramic views.

THE LOUNGE is a gorgeous modern contemporary interior, the open plan living enjoys panoramic sea views from the twin patio doors it has two upholstered free - standing sofas set around a stylish electric fire. Samsung 50 inch smart TV, USB charging points throughout the holiday home.

Opposite the lounge area is a dining space, there is four leather chairs around a large table ,you also got stunning sea/ bay views from the dining table and sofas which makes the living space a relaxing place to be.

KITCHEN is incredible well equipped, There is a 5 burner gas hob with extractor hood and an oven with grill underneath. a high level combination microwave, integrated dishwasher. There is also ample kitchens units, a large integrated fridge-freezer a large open-plan feeling with a large skylight

UNTILITY ROOM washing machine, plus a additional sink which is accessed through the front door and kitchen.

MASTER BEDROOM has a king size bed with a HYPNOS mattress, wardrobes dressing table with chest of draws,
En-suite to master bedroom as a full size bath shower over WC cupboard mounted wash basin also heated towel rail.

SECOND BEDROOM has full size twin beds HYPNOS mattress wardrobes and cupboards and draw space.
