Once again a lovely holiday. I have staid at this caravan with my daughter and young grandsons and also another time with my parents in their 80s. The carvan is suitable for both generations - highchair and bed guardss for the young ones. For my disabled mother a wet room and ramp (not steps ) leading to caravan door. The view from the veranda is outstanding with table and chairs provided. Sue and Dave ( the owners ) are really helpful and checked that we had everything we needed. We will be returning , thank you

Thank you for the lovely review we brought the van especaily for the reason it was made for disabled people (my wife is in a wheelchair) and we soon realised that ablebodied people would enjoy it as well.we have 5 grandkids and they love it because theres more room to play than in a standard caravan we fitted it out with things to cater for all types of families plus also theres not that many proper disabled vans around

Fantastic van in a superb location. Beautiful views overlooking the sea, perfect to sit out on the decking. Van had everything you would need for a holiday, great hosts who checked on us before and during our stay. The site is very conveniently located with just a short (10 min walk) to Borth and the beach. Site has nightly entertainment, heated pool, Well stocked shop and amusements. Whilst there we explored Aberdovey, Aberystwyth, Aberaeron, Barmouth and New Quay. Would definitely recommend this van and site. Thank you

Had a fantastic stay in a lovely well kept caravan with beautiful balcony views. The caravan had everything required for a home from home vacation.Caravan is in a good location on the site and had some good features. Area was really nice and quiet and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and love to go back soon.

The caravan was spotless, lots of lovely touches like condiments, toilet rolls, kitchen roll, games etc. Beautiful location and view. The owners phoned us prior to check in and while we were there to confirm all was ok. We would highly recommend. Thank you Dave and Sue for a lovely holiday.

We enjoyed our stay at this caravan. It has been very well designed for people with a disability. It has sliding doors and plenty of space to manoeuvre a wheelchair. There is a good size wet room with non slip flooring and rails either side of the toilet. Dave and Sue have made it even better by providing a chair that can be wheeled into the shower, and various sized toilet seats. There is a warm and comfortable lounge with a reclining chair. Everything in the caravan seemed new and well looked after. The van is at the top of the park and it would be a strenuous walk up. The advantage of the position is wonderful views over the sea and hills. We were able to use the park facilities, including the swimming pool, free of charge, although this may have been because we were there at an off peak time. We would recommend this caravan, particularly for people with limited mobility.

We have just returned from a four day break . The accommodation was very clean and well equipped there was nothing we were short off. The veiw was amazing and we sat outside alot of the time. We definitely recommend this property especially if you have a disabled person as there was nothing you would need to make thing easier. Thank you for letting us share your accommodation. Lovely caravan with stunning views! Lovely and clean . Would suit most families. For famines with young children there is a high chair, travel cot & safety gate. For a family with a disabled person. There is a ramp leading to caravan at, wider aisle, sliding doors, motorised recliner chairs and a wet room with wide access. We enjoyed the holiday and caravan so much I will be bringing my disabled mother next year

Can highly recommend this fabulous caravan!! Spacious, spotless, wonderful interior and the most fabulous views. It was also so peaceful with no noise whatsoever. We were extremely lucky with the weather so spent time on the beach, sand dunes, walking, going to Aberystwyth, swimming and dragged into arcades!! Will definitely be returning

What a fantastic trip! We stayed for 4 nights and wished we had booked for more; the caravan is near the top of the caravan park with incredible views of the ocean and hills, we had all our meals on the veranda to make the most of it and each night were lucky enough to see the most beautiful sunsets over the ocean. The caravan itself is fab, very clean, great space (my son (1.5years) had plenty of room to play in!) and all the amenities needed for a comfortable holiday. Thank you to Dave and Sue for being such attentive hosts before and during the trip, it was really appreciated.

Just to say we enjoyed our stay immensely! It was the perfect rest after a very difficult year for us. The caravan was amazing! David and Sue thought of everything to make your stay very enjoyable indeed! It was cleaned to a high standard, the layout and furnishing were spot on! The views from the caravan were beautiful! It is an ideal spot for exploring other areas along the coast as well as inland. Thank you both for your regular communications and making the whole experience very personal.

The caravan was absolutely spot on everything you need was provided nice and clean and tidy. The owners phoned us before and during to make sure everything was ok. The views were amazing especially as we had great weather. Overall a 10/10 caravan

What a fantastic experience from start to finish. I contacted the owner to clarify some facilities before booking and Dave (owner) could not of been more helpful. A curtesy call before and during our break was great customer service and nothing was to much trouble. Fantastic facilities and to a very high standard. Most of these were brand new and felt very at home. Brand new travel cot and mattress was provided. When we arrived at the park late at night and shown to our accommodation, we were told by a member of staff ‘we probably had the best view on resort ‘ this was confirmed when we woke up to a breath taking view of Borth the next morning. Thank you for going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. I highly recommend Staying here and look forward to returning in the future.

This has to be the nicest caravan we've ever stayed in. Beautifully furnished, clean and with everything you need at hand. Situated towards the top of the park, the views of the bay and hills are a delight. The caravan has been adapted for disabled needs which results in a very roomy feel to it. Inside is a large lounge dining area with very comfortable chairs and sofa. A well equipped kitchen runs the mid-length of the caravan along with a reasonably sized twin bedroom, perfect for children as well as a large bathroom adapted for disabled living. A good sized main bedroom with ensuite shower and toilet completes the inside. Outside, decking runs along the length of the caravan and ends with a large patio area with a large patio table and chairs. We stayed for 4 nights and whilst the weather was changeable, we had a fantastically relaxing stay. The owners called us half way through to check that we were happy and that there were no issues that needed addressing. Apart from using the on-site shop a couple of times, we didn't feel the need to make use of the parks facilities. The beach is across the road from the site and a wonderful sand dunes beach is a few miles drive along the coast. If you're after a well appointed, good sized caravan in a perfect location with great views, this is the one. We certainly intend to come again.
