Welcome to our listing for our beloved second home by the sea, for comparative purposes we are graded a Signature caravan by Haven.
In our caravan you will find everything you need to relax and enjoy a break by the sea, whether that's enjoying the beautiful sunrise from the decking, watching or settling down in the spacious lounge in the evening with a dvd or playing board games with your children.
Our caravan has a spacious open plan lounge/dining and kitchen area. The lounge area has two comfortable sofas, flat screen TV including free-view and built in DVD player and a cosy fire. The kitchen benefits from a full sized fridge freezer, microwave, cooker, toaster and of course a kettle! The cupboards are well stocked with all the usual plates, cups, glasses and cooking utensils.
There are 3 bedrooms. A double room with dressing table, spacious wardrobe and an en-suite WC. There are two twin bedrooms and a shower room.
We have a lovely enclosed decking with steps directly to the green in front. There is a comfortable sofa and chairs set so you can sit out and enjoy your morning (noon or evening) cuppa (or tipple!) whilst taking in the refreshing sea air. We have parking space beside the caravan to accommodate two cars.
Perhaps the most important thing to tell you about our caravan is our pitch, it really is in my opinion the best pitch on site (we have been owners for 6 yrs and moved to this pitch last yr having waited all that time for one of these pitches to become available). We are located in a quiet spot and its ideal if you have children there is no path cutting you off from the sea and nobody walking directly in front of the caravan, its safe and peaceful. The swimming pool is 5 minutes and the entertainment complex is about 10 minutes (that's walking/ meandering with a slow toddler!)
Unfortunately we are unable to accept pets and do not allow smoking inside the caravan.

Haven Seashore has recently undergone a transformation the old 'funworks' has been completely revamped and remodelled into the Seashore Pavilion its bright and airy and now houses the entertainment complex, an indoor soft play area, creative area, amusement arcade, papa johns and burger king.
