We had a fantastic holiday at wild duck. The caravan was superb. It had a home from home feel, was very clean and comfortable with everything you could want, including games for the children. Providing a pushchair was also brilliant for us. We met Gary on our check out day, what a lovely man. Very friendly and helpful. We are hoping to come back in October as we loved it so much. And this caravan is fantastic value for money and in a lovely location on the park, can't wait to return

Excellent stay, caravan was absolutely spotlessly clean and very cosy and warm ( didn't need the extra radiators provided) and spacious.Gary was a pleasure to book through and kept us up to date with our booking throughout. Definitely hope to revisit in 2022. Thank you.

We have just arrived home from a wonderful week away in this beautiful caravan. The booking process with the owners, Gary and Heather was seemless, they made everything so easy and went above and beyond to answer any questions we had. During our stay that service continued. Upon arrival the caravan was very clean, tidy and incredibly well equipped. The location is great as it is close to the outdoor pool and entertainment areas. We could not recommend this caravan highly enough.

Rented this caravan through private owners . Couldn't be more helpful and kept in touch with any details needed. Caravan was spotless and had Netflix and Wi-Fi and children's games supplied . Outdoor seating and table loungers. Can't recommend this caravan enough good position near to the centre and play areas ..and bargain price very happy

Gary and Heather made our stay extremely memorable with their kindness and thoughtfulness. The caravan's facilities suited our needs exactly. We were 2 couples and a baby and we had plenty of space to relax inside and the garden chairs made lounging outside very comfortable. The caravan was spotless and the travel cot and highchair were out and ready for use. Communication between us was always prompt and information and details forthcoming. Gary, thank you for your kindness. This caravan is highly recommended.

Myself and my family have just returned from a fantastic week in this gorgeous caravan. The caravan was cleaned to a very high standard, it's was comfortable, and felt like a beautiful home from home. The caravan had everything needed for our relaxing family break. The customer service we got from Gary & Heather was absolutely five *, nothing was too much trouble. We were even made to feel like old friends rather than a business transaction. We were lucky enough to meet both Gary & Heather before leaving and they were a fantastic bcoioke, so friendly and helpful. They gave us some fantastic local recommendations for placed to visit that were family and dog friendly. We can't thank them enough for helping us to have the resting and relaxing break we so desperately needed. We can't recommend this beautiful caravan or Gary & Heather highly enough. Have just returned from an amazing 5days in this beautiful caravan. Contact with the owners was brilliant all the way through. The caravan was spotlessly clean , nothing was too much trouble they even dropped off an ironing board and iron .the site was very nice and very dog friendly .Met Gary and Heather when we arrived and they were able to tell us where we could take the dog to the beach .A very nice couple. So thank you Gary and Heather will definitely be returning

Great communication from owner from the very start. Caravan was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely book again, and maybe bring our dog next time as there was plenty of walking to be done.

A lovely family staycation with the grandchildren and dog was welcome too. The communication was great from the moment we booked and owners couldn’t be more helpful. The caravan was spotlessly clean and equipment provided was excellent.

We’ve just returned from a brilliant 3 night stay here. There was everything we needed and more. I have had my own a cleaning company in North Norfolk for over 10 years so my standards are very high, the caravan was sparkling clean and all the mattress and pillow protectors looked band new, everything was perfect. The owners were fantastic, we were there during a heat wave, (over 30*) they left fans for every bedroom which made the hot nights so much more comfortable. Communication was also brilliant, I’ve only ever booked directly through Haven before so was unsure how it all worked. I was given regular updates regarding the facilities available due to the current pandemic which I found very reassuring. A excellent caravan with lovely, friendly owners.
