Description

Located on a corner plot in Elwy (just behind the Parklands circle) with no through traffic, the caravan has it's own parking space. It's accessed via a gated decked area, making it ideal for young children to play safely. Beyond the decking, there is a substantial side garden and pleasant patio area equipped with a large picnic bench.

The spacious open-plan living area consists of a well-equipped kitchen, lounge area with comfortable free-standing corner sofa and chair, and a dining table with seating for 6 (two stools)). The 46" smart television in the lounge has an integrated DVD player, blankets are provided for snuggling up watching movies or for that afternoon snooze! The sofa pulls-put to reveal a comfortable double bed with a thicker mattress than you would usually find on a pull-out bed. The kitchen has a full sized fridge-freezer, cooker with separate grill and an integrated ironing board. The décor is modern but family-friendly, no cream carpets or delicate ornaments!

The power shower is amazing! A simple white suite with spacious shower cubicle and water pressure that far exceeds that in my home. The toilet is seperate, so no crossing your legs when someone's in the shower!

The double master bedroom has adequate hanging and drawer space, with a small dressing table.

The second bedroom can be arranged as a single or a twin bedroom, there is a small television in the room.

The third bedroom can be arranged as a double or a twin bedroom, there is a small television with integrated DVD player in the room.

Bedding is included and beds will be made up for your arrival.

The high end Willerby Aspen is fully double-glazed, has central heating in all rooms and a modern electric fire in the lounge area. There is free unlimited wi-fi in the caravan.

Prices include all gas and electric but play passes are not included and can be purchased on site.

Caravans location is perfect, super clean and the owner was extremely helpful. We will definitely be staying again it was ideal for a family holiday

We enjoyed our holiday at Hafan Ya Mor at 12 Elwy. Clean and modern caravan in a quite spot close to the main complex area. The caravan had plenty of utensils a home from home. Katie was very helpful during the check in process. We had a great time and will be back again next year.
