The closest beaches are the acclaimed Alnmouth and Druridge Bay, where there is also a country park and Alnwick is the closest town, where you can sample true Northumbrian friendly hospitality, marvel at the history and visit the home of Harry Potter, “Alnwick Castle”.
Swarland is the closest village which is a short walk away and you have a five star rated restaurant a mile down the road.

Swarland is a lovely little village in Northumberland. Have afternoon refreshments at Nelsons coffee shop and sample their wonderful home cooked cakes and pastries over looking a great park where the kids can play. In the evening relax with a drink or two, play bingo and enjoy the live acts of the Swarland village club. In neighbouring villages sample some fabulous Northumbrian hospitality at the local pubs and restaurants.
