Welcome to the listing for my beautiful luxurious Bungalow/Lodge with its outstanding Sky Deck. Located on the southern tip of the award winning Chesil VistaHoliday Park (part of the Waterside Group). Situated approximately a mile from the historic Portland access route, approx 2 miles from Weymouth Seafront with all its charm and popular attractions. The park sits adjacent to an idyllic coastal path. Perfect for walking, hiking and dog walking.
The space
Escape 2, as it has become known, Is one of a limited number of Signature Grade park homes, with the additional benefit of 360 degree views from the unique sky deck. Views stretching across the Fleet Lagoon and to the open sea beyond, and over to Portland and the location for the 2012 Olympic Water Games.
The Property is furnished to a very high standard with the added luxury of personal items for your use such as a shampoo, towels and other personal care items. A true home away from home. As my second home I understand the importance of creature comforts that often get forgotten on holiday, and take up valuable space in the car.
There is space enough for 2 vehicles. The Wi Fi is currently being upgraded and details will be pre provided to guests on arrival.
You will find storage aplenty in both bedrooms, with a double width shower in the master en suite and a bath with shower overhead in the main bathroom. In addition there is a pull out double sofa bed in the lounge. With a coffee making machine and more than enough crockery, cutlery and cooking pots, pans and utensils you will enjoy cooking in on those rare occasions when the myriad of local eateries don't appeal.
As a guest at this 5* Park you will have access to all the top notch facilities and entertainment provided on site. There is a nominal fee to use these facilities. Passes for access can be purchased from the guests reception.

Please Note: from 1st Nov there will be no onsite facilities nor entertainment but prices will reflect this for those who wish to book off season- up until the 15th January
Although we are Pet friendly we ask that you keep your animal with you at all times and keep them from climbing on the furniture. They mustn’t be allowed in the bedrooms
Although there is a washer/Dryer we would prefer that this is only used in and emergency (there is and airer in the cupboard by the entrance) as laundry facilities are available on site.
I'm sure it goes without saying that smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the property, and well away from open doors and windows. Please dispose of your cigarettes responsibly and never stub them out anywhere on the decking or the Sky Deck
The maximum number of people legally allowed to stay is 6, details of all occupants will be required for insurance purposes and passes.
There is a built in dab radio and MP3 player system available in the property.e park requires that recyclable rubbish be contained in clear plastic bags for refuse collection, these bins can be found at various locations around the site. You have full use of the fridge freezer, microwave, oven, 5 gas burner hob, vacuum, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, cafetière, Iron Ironing board, mop and bucket, dustpan and brush, and any other appliances left out for your use. There may personal items stored under the bed or in overhead cupboard space which is not for public use. There will be some toilet paper provided but please be prepared to buy your own if it runs out.
There is room for a travel cot in the master bedroom should you need to bring one, towels and tea towels will be provided though we ask that you bring your own towels for the beach or swimming.

There will be a minimum stay limit at busy times such as bank holidays and peak season.
