This is a spacious van with excellent views of the bay. The outdoor sofa beds were ideal to lie and relax in the sunshine although if you had a larger party there could do with more additional seating. The lodge is very comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. It is located in a quite area and is quite secluded - great if you are just looking for a peaceful quiet stay where you can relax and enjoy the view. There is a great short cut at the side of the lodge to the beach, although a little overgrown, is passable. The site is quite, well kept and tidy and there is a small shop on site for provisions so you don't have to trek into town. I absolutely love this site and have visited several times and would recommend the lodge for your stay. I only wish it was mine!

Lovely lodge located in the quiet Lydstep Beach Holiday Village near Tenby. It has two king sized bedrooms (one with walk in wardrobe and en-suite with shower) and a third double bedroom. Each room has its own TV and appropriate storage. There is a second main bathroom with another shower unit. The open plan living has a fully functional kitchen (inc. gas oven / hob, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and washing machine) with dining table and lounge area with TV. Compared to the photos displayed, the layout looked different as it’s evident work is being undertaken to refurbish the lodge. Views over the bay and beach are breathtakingly stunning! Decking area is spacious and ideal for outside dining / drinks (weather permitting!) but does need a little TLC - I’m sure this is part of the ongoing works being undertaken. Overall relatively clean; however, some parts could have done with a little more attention, but nothing a good Hoover wouldn’t sort out! Price wise, we negotiated a good deal with the owner for our time so was good valuable for money. Customer service and response time from owner was swift and supportive. Due to location of the lodge there is little (or no) mobile signal / WiFi or 3G/4G coverage - if this is important to you take a MyFi booster with you. Overall, a pleasant and relaxing holiday in a lovely part of the world. I would recommend this holiday park and the lodge - the space and the view is worth it!

Weekend stay 23rd Nov 18. 2 adults, 1 dog. Site positives; Location, well maintained, not tacky. Site negatives: Did not encounter any. Lodge positives inc: Fabulous views, location, size, layout, heats up quickly, comfortable, strong hot showers, 3 double beds, 2 bathrooms, no odour, no pet hairs, clean windows, direct access to the beach through a little gate within the enclosed terrace down the narrow pathway and down the steep baking to the beach. Lodge negatives inc: the photos shown ae atleast 5 years old. I encountered Health and safety inc: no C02 and smoke alarm, very slippery and distressed decking. Maintenance inc: broken toaster, missing and broken lighting internal and external, broken radiator in bathroom, damp in 1 bedroom, master bathroom extractor broken, kitchen sink tap broken, flooring rising. House keeping inc: mouldy seating for rattan furniture, mis match, insufficient dilapidated glass, table, cutlery, cook wear, dining chairs, coasters, table mats, etc. I did send my photos to Andy and sent him a reminder that I was still owed my £100 bond. He agreed my photo's were 'True' and he did return my bond. He did not offer me a refund or apology. If these issues and the other numerous ones that were written in the visitors book were addressed, then anyone would have a pleasant stay. :

Excellent lodge - had a very relaxing holiday. The view was phenomenal. We took our two little dogs and they enjoyed the huge deck area which was very secure. Overall this lodge provides very high spec accommodation .

Lovely lodge with a great sea view. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We have rented a couple of lodges through ukcaravans before and this was by far the best. It made a great base to visit the surrounding area and the beaches were all amazing.

We had a fantastic week despite the weather. The view is incredible and the lodge is so spacious and comfortable. Our kids aged 11, 14 and 16 had plenty of space to do their own thing. The site is lovely and a great location for attractions. The manor house is great, not as lively as others we have been to but suited us and the food was nice and reasonable. We will certainly be back.

Went down with friends for a girly break. This lodge was amazing! Just what we wanted, gorgeous views, short walk to the beach and lovely spacious caravan! Everything you would need in there too! Good entertainment in the clubhouse too

Advertised as a luxury lodge but on arrival we were bitterly dissapointed with the cleanliness and general condition of the lodge. We spent most of our arrival day cleaning so our 1 year old didn't have to crawl through clumps of dog hair, dust and crumbs. We then tried to contact Andy to see if we could get a refund, arrange a cleaner but even after 7 days of trying he did not reply. If it weren't for the park itself, beach and the amazing beach the holiday would of been a wipe out. Lodge needs a deep clean and a few £££'s spent on it. If we wanted a sub standard caravan we would of hired one in the neighbouring 'cheaper' caravan park.

We have used his caravan many times now and have just booked another 2 visits. We have always found it to be clean and in good order. We have had very few reasons to contact the owner but when we have he has been quick to respond. It's a beautiful lodge with a beautiful view.

I had the pleasure of staying in this lodge with my family and little grandson. I was pleasantly surprised, lovely interior, very clean. The decking was great , as my grandson and his dog could play on the decking and were safe as there is code point to open the gate, so it was very safe. Lovely rattan deck furnishing right on the beach. All in all I would recommend this lodge, as we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves with no reason to complain about anything
