Perfect for us with a young family a very short (2 mins) walk from the on site restaurant and entertainment the caravan itself was extremely clean and well stocked with utensils etc.. For eating in. Supplied with lots of dvds to keep the little ones busy while getting ready for the day ahead. Tenby itself is beautiful and only a short drive away the surrounding area also had lots to offer from Pembroke Castle to the dinosaur park which was great value keeping our kids entertained from 10-5. would definitely recommend this caravan for a great base to explore the area for all ages.

We had a lovely break in kiln park caravan very clean and tidy .we had a few problems to begin with nothing major and owner was very helpful at all times always replied to a message what ever the time .Everything that was needed was in the caravan and would recommend to any one attending .thankyou once again

Perfect holiday! The caravan is lovely, and has everything we needed for a family of 5. The location is perfect, literally a 2 minute walk to the main complex. The complex is a 15 minute walk to Tenby and some of the most beautiful beaches I have seen in Wales. Anne is very responsive and on hand to answer any questions. I definitely recommend this caravan and Tenby, just wish it was closer to Liverpool :). Thanks Liz xxx

Absolutely fantastic stay, the caravan is beautiful and it's got everything we needed for a break away. Great location, its just a beautiful walk along the beach to Tenby. We can't wait to return soon. Thanks Anna f

A very comfortable caravan, clean very well equipped for cooking. Owner very helpful in getting disabled visitors on site, and therefore we had a fabulous time. Lovely seating on decking too. Lots of sanitisers provided to help keep all safe. Using the short cut through complex not always available, but that was not owners doing, probably caused by covid restrictions . A difficult year for owners who obviously were trying their best. My knees didn't like the hill it's on, but youngsters were fine.

We have just come back from a week's holiday. The caravan is clean but very basic. Its the most weve ever paid for a caravan however also the most basic. Its ok for a base/ somewhere to sleep but that's it, we were fortunate to have good weather so didn't need to spend much time in it. Our friends had also booked a caravan on the same site as us but paid half the price! It was absolutely beautiful and had everything in it you could possibly think of. You will need to take everything i.e washing up liquid, sponges cleaning products etc. In all other previous holidays there was always a little supply to get you started like a few tea bags etc. There was literally nothing but 1 very small bin bag and half a toilet roll. Not enough cereal bowls ( only 4) or glasses for a 8 birth van. Even though I booked for 7 ppl there wasn't enough bedding( quilts/ pillow) for the sofa bed the owner did reply very quickly and I was told to open there store cupboard. Unfortunately we didn't want to use the ones in the cupboard as some had mold on and others looked old so we brought one. I think we felt a bit annoyed as our friends caravan was lovely for half the price and the little thoughtful gestures there owners had left was so lovely. We was expecting ALOT more for 1300! I feel we were ripped off. In a nutshell if you want somewhere clean but basic to sleep this is your van!

This review has floored me as a host, this is a self catering holiday and since COVID I have had to remove my additions to comply. My cleaning regime is strict and therefore have only just reinstated the duvets as guests have struggled with car space. I should not have provided access to my own space but did to help out. There was a brand new rattan corner sofa put up on the day of this arrival and not many caravans have these. The site are currently charging over £2,000 per week so it is very unfair to state a rip off. So many owners businesses have not survived this pandemic and caravans have had to be sold with guests left without holidays. I have worked extremely hard to not only retain my caravans for all those that have booked with me but also to safeguard them with clean clutter free caravans.

We booked this caravan after having stayed at the owners other van last year. The caravan was spotlessly clean and offered everything you would need for your stay. The owner even offered to leave bedding that wasn’t included in the price. We were supplied with cleaning products including disinfectant hand-wash and toilet rolls. Fantastic location on the site in a lovely quiet area with easy access to all the facilities. Communication with the owner was first class and couldn’t help enough.. The cost of our stay was so much cheaper than anywhere else in the area and will be booking again for next year as soon as the dates become available.
