Lovely immaculate caravan. We loved the quiet location. Great decking area especially with our dog. Only one thing I’d say is the Wi-Fi is not great. Would definatly return thank you ????

Fantastic caravan & site. Stayed with 3 adults, two children, ages 7 & 4, and two dogs. Communication was excellent and very clear. Also quick to get hold of for any questions. The Caravan was easy to find, it faces a green and had very limited traffic so was very safe, quite and private. The decking was fantastic, again very secure for the kids and dogs. The caravan itself was spacious, modern and very clean. We found it had everything we needed. Lots of storage and a full size fridge, freezer. The site has lots of facilities. Great for family’s. It is also very dog friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here and will be back. :) thank you

I have just got back today from a lovely stay at Paul's caravan, set on a lovely small cul de sac, safe for my Grandson and 2 nephews to play without the worry of traffic going up and down. Caravan was beautiful, and everything there for you (just need to take your food) Paul was very quick to respond if any problems (which we was only a small one and sorted the same day). I will definatley recommend to family and friends and will be booking again. Thank you Paul for a great time away.

Just back from a 3 night stay at Paul's caravan. This holiday home is absolutely faultless. We opened the door to a spotless and lovely furnished getaway and felt welcome immediately. Everything you could possibly need is provided and all to a good spec. The outdoor furniture on the spacious wrap around decking was a welcome feature and our 2 dogs made use of the area to do a spot of sunbathing! Paul, the owner, has been quick to respond in communicating with us and his directions and arrival information was concise. We will not hesitate to recommend this caravan and will definitely be booking again.

We had a fab time!! The caravan was very homely and made our holiday stay very comfortable! The caravan had everything you could possibly need and more!! Communication before the holiday was excellent and very responsive - nothing was needed during our stay but I was made to feel it would not be a problem if we did need anything! I cannot recommend this caravan enough! Probably the best caravan I have ever stayed in! Great holiday, great caravan, great service!

Beautiful caravan actually the best pet friendly van we have ever stayed in spotlessly clean and all you need for a holiday . The campsite itself is well kept we had a great stay would definately recommend the van and the park

We had a brilliant stay at the van, 2 adults and a 1 Yr old. The caravan it self was spot on and has everything you would ever need in there, it's like being at home. Was spotless when we arrived and couldn't fault it. The location is fab we're the van is,nice little cul de sac not being over looked really and away from the road and hussle and bussle walking back at night. The beach is 5mins walk, main entrance is 10mins where the shop is on site or a little one down the road from the van. Will definitely be back again ????

We stayed at Paul's caravan for 3 nights 16th to 19th April and we are a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 older boys (19-22). Externally - there is a table, 4 x chairs and 2 sun loungers so plenty for people to sit on. The front seating area has the sun all day which is superb. As the decking area is a wrap around this was ideal for us with having 2 small dogs, as you can sit out and they can't go anywhere. There is also a small grass area out the front so again ideal if you need to let the dogs out for them just to do their business. The caravan is in a cul-de-sac so there was no through traffic which made it feel really safe to do this too. Internally - the caravan was spotless and you can tell it is well looked after. It's also very well equipped. There was a TV in the lounge and the main bedroom, sound bar, dvd player, x box and even a bluetooth speaker. The kitchen was also well equipped and had everything you would need including a toastie maker (not had one in years so loved it). Having a shower room with a toilet and an extra toilet is really handy (there was 5 of us so if someone was in the shower there was a toilet available). Towels and bedding were all provided so you have everything you need. Plenty of cupboards and storage space for all your belongings too. Location - We first looked for a caravan at the front near the beach as that is always where we go with the dogs. After staying at Paul's I can honestly say that his location was even better. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away but this is situated really close to the nature walk (and gold course if that is your thing). The entrance is only 200 yards from you and you can walk on the bridle paths for miles undisturbed by traffic so this was brilliant for the dogs. I found this location better than any I have been at on the park . We had never tried the trails before and I can honestly say that it was amazing and our boys even spotted deer on one of their walks. Owner - Paul was amazing, the gas ran out at 5pm on the Saturday (obviously not his fault) so I texted Paul. Within 10 minutes of sending that text Paul had called me to say that he had sorted it and that the park services would be round to change the gas within the hour. 10 minutes later it was all done and we were up and running again. We will defiantly be back however I may regret leaving such a good review as it could be fully booked but to his credit, Paul deserves it!

We had a much needed weekend away ,The caravan is spotless with everything you need, quite location with just a 5min walk to the beach .The owner is only a phone call away to help with anything you may need .The gas ran out while we was there and he had it changed within the hour great service whould highly recommend.

Stayed in this caravan absolutely lovely, everything as described and more, was bit nervous as never done private caravans before but Paul was great, answered all my questions even the silly ones lol, nothing seemed to much for him, def worth the stay in this gorgeous caravan.
