The caravan was lovely and spotlessly clean, great location and lovely decked area outside. The owners were very helpful and available on the phone if needed. We have stayed at Kiln Park quite a few times now and loved our stay as always. We would definitely recommend this caravan. Thank you

Where do I start? The whole experience from start to finish has been fantastic and here is why… Communication from the start with Chris was amazing. He was so accommodating when I asked to change my booking dates due to a mix up at my end. Nothing was too much trouble, I instantly felt we had made the right choice in booking. Chris also kept in touch with us and on the day of our visit, he messaged us with arrival information that ensured that we had a smooth checking in.. On arrival, it went as straight forward as it could have gone, much to our delight after a 5.5hr car journey. The maps and detailed information that Chris provided were very helpful. The caravan itself is fantastic. You can tell it’s a really loved and looked after home. It has everything you think you’ll need. I packed everything but the kitchen sink, and most stayed in the car, as the caravan already had it. They’ve really thought of what a holidaymaker would need, especially those with young families. Also it is loaded with practical items that just make being away from home that much easier. The location of the van is perfect. Just a short walk to the on site store, reception, the main hub where all the entertainment and swimming pool is. It’s also close to the path that takes you directly to the beach and also to Tenby. I don’t think you could actually get anything better. We holiday at Haven, roughy 4-5 times a year, mainly in North Wales as it’s closer to us. This was our first time in South Wales and it definitely did not disappoint. Kiln Park had everything to keep both adults and young ones entertained. My little one (5yrs) thoroughly enjoyed the activities on offer. Tenby is just a short walk from the site and again is absolutely stunning. I just wish we could have had longer to explore the area. Upon arriving home, we received a text from Chris to say we had left some clothing at the caravan (husbands fault!). Chris very kindly went out of his way to collect this for us and posted this out to us (free of charge) super fast. Again, nothing is too much trouble. Chris and Debra have really gone and above and beyond with their caravan and I 110% highly recommend booking with them. It was so worth the 5.5 hours drive to get there and we will most definitely be back!!

Caravan was modern, well equipped and very clean. Great location on the park for young children. We had regular contact with the owner who was very informative. Beautiful caravan we really loved our holiday! Thank you!

Fifth time for us renting with Chris and Debra, and have never had a bad experience. Would 100% recommend this lovely caravan to family and friends. Close to various places (shop/clubhouse/local town and beach) my only negative would be I never want to leave ????

Excellent Caravan, very clean and homely with everything we required for our stay. The town centre was about a 15 minute walk and less than 10 minutes to the beach. Superb communications from Chris & Derba throughout and questions answered swiftly. Would recommend this caravan to family and friends who were looking for a place to stay around Tenby. To be honest cannot think of any negatives about the caravan at all.

Myself and my partner stayed here for a week away. Would highly recommend for a family get away, very clean and modern inside with a spacious double bedroom. The caravan is located in a quiet part of the site and close to the beach. Will definitely be returning in the future. Debra and Chris are more than happy to help and communicate very well, thank you both for a great stay.

Beautiful caravan, very clean and spacious. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights with our 5 year old son and we have a wonderful stay. The caravan had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The location was perfect, easy walk to the beach and also along the cycle path directly in to the town of Tenby which was ideal as it saved taking out the car and trying to locate a parking space. Communication with the owner was brilliant. Would highly recommend and we wouldn't hesitate in staying here again :)

Very clean home from home caravan with little gestures left to welcome us , I.e tea sugar milk . Great communication before and during our holiday and would 100% use again. The only negative point which was my individual need was there was no bin in the kitchen area , only one situated in the living area , which wasn’t really a problem as we moved it to inside kitchen cupboard to use
