The Lounge has a comfortable sofa which can also be turned into a sofa bed, 2 separate arm chairs with a lovely matching footstool, large flat screen tv and electric fire.
The kitchen leads to the lounge with a dining area, with a dining table and 4 chairs, it is fully equipped with microwave, integrated fridge/freezer, toaster and free standing ironing board.
Main Double Bedroom has a double bed with a statement headboard to match the bedroom décor, built in double wardrobe, dressing table and stool, bedside drawers with lamps either side with also an en-suite bathroom which also has a shower.
The twin bedroom has 2 single beds with wall mounted lights above the beds, high statement headboards co-ordinating with the bedroom décor, a built in wardrobe with drawers at the bottom and also has over the bed lift up cupboards.
The Bathroom has a shower, wash basin, glass shelves for toiletries.
We do provide a hoovering standard antibacterial products for our guests to use, the caravan is immaculate and is cleaned and maintained to a high standard. we are situated on a lovely quiet plot on the park also we are along a big wall so no passers by walk through, on site we have a shop & laundrette.
The beach is just a few mins walk, we are just round the corner from Knightleys fun fair which also has a few bars, takeaways, arcades shops and gift shops.
We do provide all clean fresh linen and the beds will be made up for your arrival.
All beds and pillows are fitted with protectors.
Please Note:
The deposit of £100 which is payable upon booking is refundable 48hrs after departure as long as the caravan is left how you find it clean/tidy and no damages or breakages etc.
This deposit is in addition to the holiday price.
