We stayed in this caravan for a long weekend it was spotless well equipped with everything you need spacious and felt very cosy at night, five mins walk to entertainment swimming etc fantastic resort I will definitely be coming back ???? thank you chantalle for letting us stay we had a lovely time ??

Highly recommend! The caravan has everything you need , good location on the site 5 mins walk from the main Entertainment. Owner was extremely helpful and a very easy process. We had a fantastic time and we're sad to leave! We will definitely be returning

Lovely caravan and it was immaculate when we arrived . It was in a good location for the entertainment and pool . The owner was really helpful and really quick to respond to any emails I will definitely book this caravan again .

We really enjoyed are stay here the entertainment was for all ages I would recommend this to anyone young or old who is looking at a caravan holiday we had no issues at all oh sorry there was one issue that we couldn’t stay longer because of kids back to school I would say if you like Wales and you want to stay in the best value accommodation check this out you won’t be disappointed thanks again for a lovely holiday next year can’t come quick enough XX

WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS CARAVAN! From the moment we opened the door we could see/smell the cleanliness. The welcome gift on arrival is a lovely touch. The caravan is very spacious,all the bedding smells freshly laundered and the owner has thought of everything providing extra throws,there's an iron and mini board and hair dryer available. The kitchen was clean with plenty of utensils,crockery and saucepans available to use. The bathroom was spacious and clean and having two toilets is a plus with a family.The shower was very powerful. There are TVs in every room which is great when holidaying with teenagers. The outside of the caravan is lovely and tidy with a seated bench and a love seat. Also available to use is a BBQ and firepit located in the shed outside which would be great if the weather allowed unfortunately our stay was hampered by wind and rain but the heating in the caravan kept us toasty. Communication with the owner was great and any queries were responded to promptly. My family and I look forward to future stays ????

Lovely caravan the Owener even leaft a bottle of wine and hamper for us and children. Caravan was clean tidy and comfortable. There was books games and colouring stuff for the kids also loved the YouTube. Also the shower was amazing.

Just been to stay at presthaven sands with myself partner and baby. When we arrived the caravan was spotless well presented and also had a lovely bottle of wine on arrival and toys for my daughter. I would 100% recommend this caravan for a little getaway we had a great weekend and felt so cosey as a family in this beautiful caravan. Stayed in this caravan for 5 days and on arrival we were welcomed with a nice little welcome pack with sweets and chocolates for the kids aswell as a few brand new toys for them. The caravan was spotless and everything was provided to ensure we had a great stay and weren’t without even down to extra toiletries you wouldn’t always expect to be provided! Could not fault anything with our stay and would more than happily recommend and revisit ourselves

From the initial booking to check in and arrival the owner went above and beyond to help us making our holiday easy and enjoyable. The caravan was immaculate and the welcome packs were so thoughtful. The outside seating area is lovely we enjoyed sitting out watching the children play. The highchair and travel cot were an added bonus. Fantastic value for money wil definitely be booking again soon.

recently stayed at this caravan for 5 days, what a wonderful experience start to finish! Caravan was immaculate and well equipped perfect for a UK holiday! Even more to our surprise we was welcomed with a welcome bag and a lovely bottle of wine. Caravan site was also fantastic with lots to do! Would definitely recommend this Caravan again, one of the best I've stayed in for value of money and would definitely like to come back! Owners also very helpful! A very disappointing stay and would definitely not recommend this caravan! On arrival it was very clear that the caravan had not been cleaned properly. There was dust all over the shelves, crumbs on the kitchen surface, hairs in the sink, grass on the mat and the bathroom floor was filthy. In addition there was some broken glass in the kitchen sink! We had to spend the first half hour of our stay cleaning the caravan so that we felt comfortable to stay in it. What was even worse was when I politely messaged the owner to let her know that the cleaner obviously hadn't done their job, the message back was very rude and basically suggested that we were lying! When I sent photos to prove it, the owner said someone must have got into the caravan and made the mess just before we arrived! You can't create dirt and dust like that! The caravan was well equipped but wifi kept dropping out which meant that Netflix and the PS4 advertised were not useable. Awful customer service, no apology whatsoever, we will not be staying again or recommending this caravan to anyone.

I am very disappointed to read the above and to know that you have gone to the extremes of lying because you wanted to make a claim on the caravan. None of the information you have stated is the truth as the caravan was immaculately cleaned, also checked on prior to your arrival! This is proof to all the previous reviews left on my page before hand, stating on how well the guests were treated with the welcome packs and on how clean the caravan always is! We go above and beyond for our customers and will continue to do so, it’s just a shame that some people will go to the extremes of lying and deliberately trying to ruin people’s hard work just to try to recover some of the money back! You were late with the payments as you were hoping to get away with them all together, although I kindly allowed you to make them late! I am very disgusted to know some people do not have the respect and dignity to tell the truth! Most people who book with us always end up re-booking, this is testament to our commitment and loyalty to our customers. We will certainly not be having you back again at our caravan!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Early Check In was a bonus giving us more time on arrival to get settled. One of the best caravans we've stayed in, had everything we needed. Would definitely book to stay again.

From the start the owners couldn’t have been more helpful and were quick to respond to any questions we had. The caravan itself was clean and well equipped and the having WiFi included was great, although we did struggle to stream the match. This was our only issue the whole stay and we would have no hesitation in recommending ????????
