WELCOME TO CHESTNUT CARAVAN
We wish to offer all our guests the confidence and peace of mind that we will as always undertake a comprehensive cleaning and disinfecting service prior to their holiday arrival.
Chestnut Caravan is a 3 bedroom caravan with a fantastic decking area, central heating, double glazing & music system. Situated in a wonderful peaceful location enjoying spectacular 180 views over Jenny’s Lake and the picturesque countryside beyond as far as the eye can see, yet only a short walk to all the wonderful facilities the park has to offer.
On arrival your beds will be made, all linen, pillows and duvets provided, a wonderful welcome enabling you to relax the moment you enter the caravan and put your feet up with a nice cup of tea. We genuinely care very much about our guests and oversee all the cleaning and preparations ensuring the caravan will be perfect upon arrival.

Holidays are all about our entire family’s happiness from the young to the young at heart and within our caravan we have a selection of: Board games, toys for the younger guests, jigsaws, books DVD selection, children's play table and seating.
Not forgetting the teenagers. We have a Wii games console to keep them happy too (please bring your favourite games).
Location: Chestnut caravan is situated in a wonderful peaceful location not on a main thoroughfare in the Chestnut Forest Area of the park, there is a parking area in front of the caravan. Steps or a paved path lead you directly to the caravan and decking area. To the left of the caravan there is a large grassed area perfect for sunbathing and the children to play.
There is a BBQ perfect for alfresco meals. The large decking area is accessed via steps leading from the path or directly from the caravan. The lawn area to the side of the caravan is ideal for the children to play under the supervision of their parents, who can sit and relax on the decking with a nice cool drink. The fantastic views from the decking area are simply breath-taking across Jenny’s Lake to the countryside beyond as far as the eye can see. This area is furnished with wicker style comfy seating and large dining table and is the perfect place to sit back, relax and enjoy a lovely meal with your family taking in the glorious views.
Chestnut is a Delta Jubilee Deluxe 38ft x 12ft caravan and its detail, comfort and style has been designed to enhance your holiday experience. There are 3 bedrooms, separate toilet with wash basin and a family bathroom with large double shower and wash basin. Chestnut caravan is fully central heated and double glazed for your additional comfort. Three steps with handrail lead to the decking and entrance of the caravan, on entering you will be delighted at the lovely light and fresh atmosphere and your eyes will automatically be drawn to the large windows and the Uninterrupted Spectacular Views Beyond.
Kitchen: The spacious contemporary modern kitchen has been very cleverly designed to provide a lovely light and open plan space to prepare your meals. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need including:
Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee maker(don't forget to bring your favourite pods with you)
fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and all cooking utensils. there is an iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner for your personal use.
Lounge and dining area: The lounge and dining areas have been designed with both style and comfort in mind. There is a dining area with comfortable sofa seating and stools leading to the large lounge area with panoramic windows, the large seating area is very comfortable indeed with luxury fabrics and cushions. There is a central fireplace with modern contemporary electric fire, 2 radiators, a large flat screen TV with DVD player, surround sound music system and Wii games console (please bring your favourite games with you). There are cupboards which contain an assortment of games etc to keep the whole family entertained.
Bedrooms and Bathroom: A door leads to a corridor where you will find a modern family bathroom with large double shower, washbasin. There is also a separate toilet and washbasin with radiator. There are two twin bedrooms with quality mattresses, wardrobe/storage and radiator.
Master Bedroom: The spacious master bedroom is very light and fresh. The room has been very cleverly designed to incorporate a comfortable double bed with lovely wooden furniture including a television, a vanity unit with plenty of wardrobe/cupboard storage.

White Acres Holiday Park: is situated within 184 acres of spectacular Cornish countryside with 13 peaceful fishing lakes fully stocked. Yet only 5 miles by bus or car to the wonderful seaside town of Newquay and the famous Fistral surfing beach. It is the perfect location for the whole family to enjoy a wonderful relaxing and peaceful holiday. The entire atmosphere of the park is very professional yet very friendly and relaxed. The Polkerris Bar, Pizzeria and Grill is a delightful restaurant ensuring a very relaxed and Cornish friendly welcome. The park is very safe for children and the staff are very friendly making a lovely holiday experience.

We guarantee all our guests who may suffer from animal allergies that we do not allow any pets or animals to enter or stay in our caravans. We want our guests to experience a spotlessly clean caravan and environment giving then 100% piece of mind that their family will enjoy an allergy free and safe holiday.
