Caravan clean superb location all we had to do was bring ourselves everything in the caravan for us complimentary items left for us on arrival the owners are lovely nothing to much trouble lovely weather for the 5days we were here. Can't wait to hire the van again nxt year thankyou peter and Diane.xxx

Absolutely amazing caravan to stay in, it had everything we needed for our stay and Peter is brilliant any questions he's more than happy to answer and help where he can. 100% will be staying again.

Had such a perfect stay, the caravan was in immaculate condition and very clean. There was plenty of hidden extras which was an added bonus. Peter also offered us an extra night free of charge! Looking to book again in the near future. Would highly recommend!

We had an amazing time, Peter was so friendly and helpful. The caravan is fab, in a great location, so clean, full of home comforts, the beds are so comfortable. Parking outside the door. Highly recommended, we will definitely be booking again ????

Absolutely fantastic! The caravan was super clean and had everything we could have possibly needed. Great location on the site, quick 5 mins walk to the shop, restaurant, park etc and great location for exploring the wider area. 15 mins drive to Morecambe, 50 mins to the Lakes. The site itself is OK, the restaurant had a good variety of options , especially for children and was reasonably priced. Outside area of the caravan was perfect our little one, as it was a fenced off balcony so he could play without us worrying. It got very cold at night but the little heaters worked a treat. And the welcome tea/coffee/biscuits/sweets were a lovely touch. We highly recommend.

Great caravan!. Everything you need is provided. Located in a quiet area of the park. Very friendly owner who is very flexible on bookings. We hope to visit again.

You should absolutely book to stay here, absolutely lovely, friendly and very approachable hosts ????!! Well stocked couldn't need anything more that we needed! Everything you might possibly need and more has been thought of! I really didn't want to leave. Just looking at available dates to book again ????

Just come back from a 4 night break . What a lovely clean caravan . Had everything in it and lots more . Nice touch tea coffee sugar biscuits and milk on arrival and rock on the beds . Excellent communication from start to finish with Peter nothing was too much . Looking forward to going back next year . Thankyou so much again

Excellent caravan. We was greeted by the owner Peter who couldn’t do enough for our stay. He supplied tea, coffee and sugar and also toilet roll. The van was clean with all creature comforts. Will definitely book this van again. Taking nothing away from the caravan or park, the only downside was the restaurant area. Dirty and the staff reluctant to clean down tables and floor areas.

My Dad, sister, 8 year old niece Jessica and I had a really lovely time in this spotlessly clean caravan. It was very homely with absolutely everything we needed and more. Peter was there to meet us when we arrived with various games, colouring pens etc for Jessica to use - even sweets were provided for her! Tea, coffee, milk & biscuits were also provided! Peter and Diane could not have gone to any more effort - they are perfect hosts! Thank you so much for everything!

From the day we booked, Peter’s communication and service was first class. Phoning to confirm everything and checking out needs etc. On arrival, Peter was there to greet us and show us around the caravan in a really friendly manner. The caravan itself was spotless and has loads of extras included in the van (beach toys for kids, games for kids and older children, tea/coffee etc with milk in fridge on arrival). All of this was a lovely touch! During our stay we had no issues at all with the van, everything worked perfect. As the weather was so nice we spent a lot of the time on the decking which was a real sun trap. We had a great week in a great caravan!

Lovely caravan in a nice peaceful location with great views. Spotlessly clean with all the equipment needed for your stay. Peter is a fantastic host nothing was too much trouble and kept in touch throughout the stay offering help and assistance if needed. Will be booking again that's for sure.

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful caravan. As did my 2 Chihuahuas! The caravan is exceptionally clean and homely. The owners communication was great and they told us all we needed to know,they made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. We didn't want to leave and we will definitely be returning and would highly recommend to others. Thank you!

Me and my partner have just returned after a weekend away at this Caravan, i was blown away by the presentation of the caravan, it was spotless and the owners had thought of everything! It is on a gorgeous plot overlooking the sea with only a short walk to the bar and other amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the owners were so helpful and welcoming. A home away from home! Amazing value for money and will definately be returning!
