Our beautiful caravan is situated a few minutes walk from the play area, fishing lake and leisure complex.

It has an open plan living space with dining area and well equipped kitchen, master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite wc, twin bedroom, shower room and pull out double sofa bed in the lounge.

Gas central heating and double glazing.

On site facilities include
shop,
arcades,
indoor swimming pool,
bowling,
sports hall,
Gym and sauna
show bar and restaurant.

Entertainment passes are NOT included so please ask for prices.

Pillows and quilts are included but please bring your own linen and towels.

The caravan is available to hire 12 months of the year however the on site facilities close early November and reopen in march

Buses run from the site to near by Brid and Hornsea.

Hornsea is within 6 miles

Bridlington is within 7 miles

Beverley within 14 miles

Filey is within 16 miles

Withernsea is within 20 miles

Scarborough is within 22 miles

No hen/stag parties.

All bookings require a £100 booking and respect bond refundable after your stay once caravan has been checked. This is on top of the price stated for your required date.

There is no direct beach access from this site but passes allow use of near by Barmston Beach site which does have direct beach access.

Due to covid 19 We are having extra sanitation cleaning between guests. This means that check in will now be 4pm on day of arrival and Check out is 10am day of departure.

This is a no smoking caravan.

The caravan is pet friendly but we ask no pets on the sofa or beds please

Thank you David for letting us stay in your lovely Caravan. It's was clean , tidy and is in a good position not to far from the beach or main reception. Which our Grand daughter was happy about. David answered all our questions very effectively. The side is very clean and quite. The parks and duck pond are really good. Thank you again. We will definitely be back.

Very easy to see why this holiday home has had such excellent reviews as it is simply faultless. Spacious, spotlessly clean and very well presented, and with excellent communications from start to finish with the owners,all we had to do was have a good time -which we did-. Would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this holiday home to anyone,we loved it and were sad to leave. Many thanks ????

We had a really enjoyable stay at this caravan which booked last minute as the booking we had from another owner on a nearby sight which was booked in January let us down and cancelled 2 days prior to us going away. The owner of this caravan was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed to make getting into the caravan very easy, the caravan was very clean spacious and comfortable and would highly recommend to anyone wishing to stay at Skipsea Sands.

Great location for our needs nice walking spots and only a stones throw away from sea, Lovely clean caravan , nice and affordable, easy booking presses , helpful customer service with instant responst when we needed it. Not gonna lie I need some of them pillows in my life!

Had a really lovely stay at this caravan for two nights with my husband and 2 year old daughter. . The caravan was very clean and the owner was available for any question we had and was very happy to help. The caravan is in a really good location, and had good onsite facilities.

10/10 for our trip. The caravan was in an ideal location for us to take the dog and great walks. The van was really cheap and wasn’t expecting it to be a nice as it actually was. The check in time was supposed to late afternoon but the owner allowed us to check in early which was really appreciated. Great van great location and a great few days staycation. We will defo look to book again

We had a fab holiday at skipsea. The owners were able to meet all our needs . We had regular updates on what was happening at the park due to covid 19 . The owners were on hand to help with any enquiries. The caravan was very clean . And was equipped with everything we need for our stay . Would recommend this holiday home
