Welcome to our 2014 three bedroom eight berth ABI Haywood caravan which benefits from full gas central heating and double glazing throughout, it comes with a side deck with Rattan outdoor table and chairs and a private car parking space alongside the caravan.

The spaciously modern lounge has plenty of seating on the L shaped sofa incorporating the double sofa bed and there is also a good sized dinning table with seating for 6. The flame effect electric fire is a nice focal point of the lounge incorporated in the shelving /display unit which runs down one side of the room. We have supplied a wall mounted 32 inch LCD TV & DVD with freeview for your entertainment along with a small selection of movies.

Our modern fitted kitchen has rounded wall and floor oak effect units with modern burgundy soft close doors and comes fully equipped with everything you should need during your stay including full sized oven and separate grill, 4 ring gas hob with stainless steel extractor hood and full height glass splash back, built in microwave oven, full size fridge and separate freezer, toaster, kettle and a full crockery and cutlery inventory.

The spacious master bedroom has a wall mounted tv and a private en suite WC, double bed, two bedside cabinets with wall lights as well as overhead storage units. There is also a double wardrobe with drawers below along with a dressing table and mirror with a handy seat below.

Both twin bedrooms have a pair of single beds, wall mounted shelving unit and a single wardrobe. All beds are fitted with mattress and pillow protectors for your comfort.

The shower room is fitted with a modern white suite incorporating a WC, sink with bathroom cabinet above and a large enclosed shower cubicle.

This delightful caravan is very well laid out as you would expect from a Premium brand like ABI and is located at the quiet Meadows area of the park which is just a short walk away from the entertainment complex.

Newquay Holiday Park is a very popular site located just 2 and a half miles from Newquay town centre with its many beaches of which Fistral is probably the most well known. The park has three wonderful outdoor heated pools with an amazing 200ft water slide. There is also a kids club, Tregana Bar & Grill, Crazy Golf, High Ropes Adventure, Bungy Trampolines, Archery, Craft Centre, 9 hole Pitch and Putt Golf Course an Amusement Arcade and Soft Play area as well as a fully stocked Mini Supermarket and a Launderette.

To secure your booking we will require a non refundable deposit of £150 per week with the remaining balance due 10 weeks prior to your arrival date.  Payment can be made by Bank Transfer direct to me (Stephen Newell) as UKcaravans4hire are acting solely as the advertising agent. Please note that we do charge a fully refundable damages bond of £75 which is returned within 7 working days of your departure and this bond is payable at the same time that you make your balance payment.

In order to keep our prices as low as possible guests will be required to bring their own bed linen, however we do provide all pillows and duvets as well as mattress and pillow protectors.

Well behaved dogs are welcome in this caravan for an additional price of £40 per dog per week (max 2 dogs).

We operate a strict no smoking policy inside this caravan.

Entertainment passes are not included in the price but can be purchased from reception on arrival if required or online in advance of your stay, please check with the park for the latest prices.
