We stayed at Ali & Laurie’s beautiful caravan for the August bank holiday with our granddaughters aged 11 and 7. Ali was so informative in the lead up to our stay and it was reassuring to deal direct with the owner. The caravan was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The bedrooms are spacious and well laid out, unlike the typical ‘cramped in’ design, which actually gave the girls room to move! The position is at a pleasantly quiet spot away from the thick of things and it was bliss listening to the sea at night. Laurie was very helpful on our arrival explaining everything and advising on the local area. We will definitely be back - if they’ll have us!

Lovely and clean caravan/lodge with everything you need. Great communication from Laurie and Ali. We had a lovely stay, definitely pay for the WiFi as phone signal and 4G isn't great in the area but the WiFi has excellent signal. Highly recommend a visit to Horsey Gap. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Ali & Laurie were great! they made us feel very welcome, made sure we were well informed about the caravan, site and local amenities. The caravan is lovely inside with two bathrooms including a bath, it was spotlessly clean and ready to go when we arrived. We had a great weekend, we will be returning at some point and definitely recommend this caravan and park! Thank you Ali/Laurie for making it an easy pleasant experience.

We stayed at this caravan which was spotless and had everything required. We had a lovely welcome from the owner who informed us of everything we needed. Was like a home from home. We had a lovely meal at white horse corton. Had a nice coastal walk to get there. Sitting on the decking listening to the sea was just so relaxing. Loved it so much we have booked again. What an absolutely stunning caravan in the most beautiful well kept site. From the very first moment of booking Ali & Laurie were just the loveliest people. The accommodation was brilliant equipped with everything you need to feel home from home. Great location with so much to explore on the doorstep. Gorgeous balcony we enjoyed in the mornings and evenings. Highly recommend and will be back. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

We had a fantastic holiday in Ali and Laurie's beautiful caravan! The best caravan I have ever stayed in! There are so many thoughtful little touches left in the caravan so you have a truly relaxing stay. Nothing is too much trouble for Ali and Laurie and they really do there best to make you feel welcome. The caravan itself has so much space, the bathrooms are of a good size and its great having a bath to wash our toddler. The bedrooms are of a generous size and all the beds are super comfy. It was great to have a big TV and Wi-Fi in the caravan to enjoy the night time. There is every kind of utensil, cleaning product and home comfort a person would need on a self catering holiday. The site feels safe and pleasant and I really enjoyed waking up in the morning and sitting on the secure decking and listening to the quiet and watching the sea from such a short distance away. The site is situated in a prime location on the Suffolk/Norfolk coast so you are close to everything. There's plenty to do on site from swimming, playing on the park or joining in the onsite entertainment and bar and the caravan is close enough to get to all this but far enough away that you don't hear it at night. It's perfect for families and we would 100% recommend this caravan to anyone wanting a pleasant stay in a luxury caravan. Thanks again Ali and Laurie, you have been fantastic!

Amazing caravan. A real home from home. Clean tidy,owners very pleasant. Myself and my 2 teenagers had a wonderful holiday. Well worth the money, visited great yarmouth. Gorleston and pleasure beach in yarmouth. Unfortunately we didn't get to use the pool on site.had to book and was always fully booked up.the club house was ok.staff very friendly but the food was a huge let down. Not very tasty expensive and we had to wait over 2 hours for our meal.they don't really cater for teenagers. But i would go back to the caravan. And you are near other amenities.

Lovely caravan with a sea view from the balcony. In a quiet part of the site but just a short walk to facilities. Nice and modern and clean with everything you could need plus excellent wifi if you want to stream netflix etc to the tv or other media. Excellent communication and friendly meet from Ali and Laurie. Wouldn't hesitate to rebook and hopefully will next time we are in Norfolk. Many thanks Nicola and Peter. P.s. Recommend The Copper Smokehouse in Oulton Broad for a good meal with large portions with a lovely walk around the broad to walk it off afterwards.

We had a lovely stay in the caravan. The booking process was very easy and stress free. All the information was given to us and we didn’t have to ask for anything. The caravan was spotless, comfortable and in a lovely spot on the park. The owners were very welcoming. The decking area was lovely and it was very relaxing to stay in such lovely accommodation. We can’t wait to come back. The park is great and you can buy entertainment passes at reception. A lovely area with lots of places to visit and lovely beaches close by.

An absolutely lovely couple, they thought of everything to make our stay as good as it was. The accommodation was spotless, for a quiet relaxing break it was perfect, if you wanted to explore or have a more livelier time, it was all just a bus ride away. Had a really lovely week away in may with our 3 older teenagers. The caravan is absolutely wonderful. Spacious, very clean and has everything you could need. You can honestly tell that the owners want you to be as comfortable as possible and only live 10 minutes away. Our car broke down when we arrived and so we had to rely on the local bus service for half of the week which was really good. Catch it at the entrance and go up or down the coast. We were very lucky with the weather so having the decking area was so nice to eat breakfast out there! We certainly hope to be back in the future.

We had a lovely long weekend away, in Ali a nd Laurie caravan. The caravan is in a quiet area of the park, and only a few minutes from the reception and entertainment area. The caravan was well equipped for self catering and very comfortable. Cleaning of the caravan, I could not fault, it felt like home from home. If anyone was thinking of booking this caravan, I would recommend Ali and Laurie 100%. Thank you both so much, for our lovely break. We will book again. Martin and Sue.

We just come back from this Beautiful Caravan and have to say was probably the cleanest and looked after i have ever stayed in Lovely little extra touches of stuff like wash up liquid and cloths to clean with and endless little extras ...Ali and Lawrie have really thought this out We had great communication from Ali and Lawrie too.... even checking with us in these Covid days that we had arrived ok ....pure class :) Caravan is in a nice quiet area of the park too and only around 3 minute walk to the Entertainment area and reception We would 100% recommend this Van for a Break to anyone and will no doubt use their services again Well done Ali and Lawrie Regards John and Linda

Having visited in early September we found the location of the caravan site perfect, only a short drive to shops and local attractions. The site exceeded all our needs, our dinosaur mad 4 year old loved the play park and the mini golf. The swimming pool was quiet, very clean and staff were very accommodating. The Caravan itself was very clean, well presented and had everything we needed for a self catering week away. We were greeted with a warm welcome and a fond farewell, we will certainly be back.

This was a really lucky last minute.com holiday. The home was spotless and exactly what we wanted for the 3 of us. Owners could not do enough for us and we thank them very much for that. Ali and Laurie kindly met us at the caravan On our arrival . The van itself is beautiful , perfectly presently and spotless ! The caravan is super cosy and we would happily stay there again in a heartbeat . The site itself has ever thing you need , there is also plenty to see and do in the surrounding area which you can visit by walking or a short ride in the car . We booked this last minute and could not have been more delighted with our stay. The van itself was super clean and had everything you could need. Great communication and very accommodating. 5 min stroll to the park centre which has plenty for kids to do. Staff in the complex all great too. Literally cannot fault our stay. Short 5 min drive to the beach and further amusements etc.
