A Unique Prestige caravan. Full wrap around enclosed spacious decking for relaxing. 3 spacious Bedrooms. Set in a quiet location on site which leads out to a woodland walk perfect for kids and dogs. The Caravan is very close to beach, golf, fishing main hall for entertainment and many more activities.
Bookings Listings are as follows.
Week Breaks - Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday

Prices show for 3 night weekend and 4 night midweek breaks. Just drop me a message for longer periods 7 and 14 days.

There is also a bus that runs regularly from just outside the van to Cleethorpes centre which is a fabulous traditional seaside town with plenty for all the family
***Bookings & Conditions***
Deposit £125
An upfront £50 deposit is required to secure your booking along with £75 security deposit (bond) which will be returned to you within 2 weeks of your departure providing no damage or items missing are noted by the cleaner.
All holidays must be paid for in full 2 weeks before arrival including security bond.
Please note if full payment is not received prior to the 2week deadline then the holiday may be cancelled in line with the cancellation policy and timing mentioned below in the cancellation policy.
Deposit prices through peak periods is £100 due to the volume of interest and vulnerability of losing slots.
Peak dates are all school holiday and bank holiday periods, Please contact if you unsure.
All we ask is that you leave the caravan as clean as you find it, otherwise a deduction will be made from your bond for any additional cleaning that will be required to bring to back up to standard, this is only fair.
Strictly No Smoking in the van or on the decking
Please ensure that certain housekeeping rules are adhered to
If not, both of the above will forfeit your deposit as we want to ensure the same standards for all our renters and would incur additional cleaning.
No paddling pools on decking area.
No candles in the caravan
If the keys are lost , there will be a charge to replace the caravan locks
Check in time 4pm, can be made earlier for an additional fee.
Check out time 10am (this must be adhered to as later than this will delay our cleaner and our subsequent guests arrival and will incur loss of deposit to facilitate extra cleaners to speed the changeover process)
Towels not provided.
The van is a 6 berth van which means no more than 6 people are allowed to stay in the van overnight at any time. All overnight guests must be listed on your booking form in advance.
If security are called to manage any reports of anti-social behaviour, We reserve the right to to cancel your holiday and ask you to leave with immediate effect and will incur complete loss of any monies paid.
Please note that restrictions apply, no groups who are all under 21 and no hen or stag groups . Other same sex groups at our discretion, please advise on booking. Families with children and responsible adults only. This is our policy.
Payment for your holiday can be made by on line bank transfer. No booking is confirmed until booking form and cleared payment is received.
We also need to know how many adults and children are in your party. This is for site security regulations.
Cancellations Policy.
If you have only paid the deposit then no refund will be issued. If paid in full then half of full payment will be returned if cancelled outside 2weeks of holiday date, but if cancelled within 1-2 weeks before holiday date then 100% of total cost will be charged for.
The owner has the right to cancel the booking at any time any funds paid will be returned.
