Hi I'm a 52 year old disabled woman who enjoys fishing, so when this caravan came up for sale it was like a dream come true. I enjoy sharing it & I describe it to my guests as a slice of paradise as that's how it truly feels when you're there.

A breath-taking view from the decking overlooking the lake. Beautiful & modern interior with sleeping capacity of 6 max 4 adults & 2 children.

Beautiful Lakeside Caravan Rental with Private Angling Peg.

Sited on 7 Lakes Country Park, Crowle Scunthorpe, Wharf Road DN17 4JS.

All beds made up for your arrival, smart lock entry, solar lights lighting up all the decking & fishing peg for you night time anglers. the decking overlooking the lake is a proper sun trap & there is a parasol provided for when it gets too hot to handle.

Our van is 6 Berth Max 4 Adults 2 children with a pull out double in the lounge. There is Free Wi-Fi & the van is Centrally heated & double glazed,. There is wrap around secure decking for your little ones or pooch to stay safe. Our Private fishing peg is right next to van & the swim is very attractive with large casts. The lake consists of most coarse fish & carp well into there doubles.

Inside there is a Smart TV in lounge & a 47"freeview in King sized bedroom. there are 2 toilets one En-Suite to king size bedroom. next to a Bathroom with generous sized shower cubicle. Utilities include a Full sized fridge, freezer, cooker & hob. Also there is toaster, microwave, slow cooker, hairdryer, iron & ironing board, & a well equipped kitchen with good quality pans & knives & a lovely tea service.

The Park also has an impressive bar & restaurant with a varied & reasonably priced menu. Outside the bar there is a well sized children's play area too.
There are many acres of beautiful scenic walks or bike rides if you bring your own along accompanied with an abundance of anglers Lakes & nature galore.

Both the Park & Caravan are pet friendly at no extra charge! Pets are welcome at the external seating are at the bar overlooking the interesting to watch watersports lake.

All in all this is a very relaxing peaceful holiday which my customers relay to me that they feel fully refreshed & several have already returned or booked again, so that is testimony in itself. I go out my way to make everyone feel as welcome & strive to make your total experience as enjoyable as possible.

Due to Covid precautions. 7 lakes country park require all guests to complete a customer questionnaire. Therefore it is essential for you to have an email. You will receive a questionnaire which must be filled in 1 week before arrival. If your holiday is sooner it must be filled in immediately .
Also Due to extra time needed to ensure thorough cleaning admittance to your caravan is not permitted before 2pm on day of arrival & must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. Thank you ...Show less
