Our brand new 36’ x 12’ caravan is a perfect holiday home. It is ideally sited at Flamingo Land on Willow Grove and sited around the small play area.
Sleeps 6 or 7 if one is aged 2 or under
The van has 3 bedrooms (one double with king sized bed and en-suite and two twin rooms) plus a comfortable double bed that pulls out in the lounge
Fully equipped throughout with full central heating
The lounge has a 'U' shaped seating area, an electric fan heater for cooler evenings, a upright fan heater for warmer days and a large Freeview tv.
The kitchen if fully equipped and included a fridge freezer, a gas oven and hob, a microwave, a toaster, kettle, slow cooker, crockery, cutlery and a vacuum cleaner
All 3 bedrooms come with adequate storage and comfortable beds. All bedding is supplied and Beds are made up for your arrival. (If you think you need a waterproof sheet we ask that you provide your own)
The spacious bathroom has a walk in shower, basin and toilet. (There is a separate toilet in the en-suite in the double bedroom)
For your safety a fire blanket, fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector and smoke alarm are all fitted and electrical appliances are fully PAT tested
Gas and electricity are both included in the price. The caravan is cleaned to a high standard and after each booking to COVID 19 regulations
You will need to provide your own Towels, Tea Towels, Dishcloths, etc.
This is a no smoking caravan and strictly no pets.
PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE
£100 non refundable deposit to secure your dates and balance to be paid 6 weeks before your arrival
If arrival is less than 6 weeks from booking, full payment is required.
£100 security bond to be paid (this is refunded after inspection of the van that there are no Damages and that the van is left in a clean and tidy condition)
