Booked the caravan at very last minute, owner was great, responded straight away. Caravan was lovely, had everything we needed, was cosy but also plenty of space. Location of the pich was fab, plenty of room for playing games outside and close to site facilities but still peaceful. Caravan and site really clean We had a 4 night stay this time, would definitely book again, loads to see in the area

This was our 2nd visit to skipsea sands this year and this one was by far the better. The caravan was so homely and clean. Little things like dvds and cleaning materials make all the difference. The owners were available to answer any questions quickly and we will definitely be booking again. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Shocking stay. Caravan was filthy and outside was full of tab ends. As per the instruction on the letter, we sent pictures of any current damage which was clearly old, which they replied saying thank you for letting them know. They have kept our deposit and are not replying to any of our messages. We have contacted caravans for hire and our bank. We did a good thing and sent 2 images of damage as soon as we arrived, the damage is clearly old, (got dirt and grime in the edging strip of the tv unit) and they are saying it was done by us. Fuming is an understatement, we left the caravan in a cleaner state than we found it. The fire also doesn’t work, this meant that it was very cold and we spent most of our time out of the caravan

Unfortunately when you cause malicious damage to a caravan, then you don’t receive your security bond back. All of our other guests have been fantastic and respectful. Such a shame when the minority have no respect for other peoples property.

We stayed in this lovely spacious caravan in June 2021 . The owners was great . No question unanswered and replied straight away . We have never been to skipsea sands and we loved it will definitely be returning. The caravan was in a great location and well equipped with everything we needed and it was lovely and clean. We was shocked it was a pet friendly caravan it that nice and dosnt smell of dogs ( we don't own pets) the Bond was paid back with in a few days of us returning home. We can not wait to return in 2022 thank you again for our lovely stay.

I stayed her here with my family and pet. Caravan is beautiful and in a great location, very spacious and well equipped. Communication between ourselves and owners was brilliant. Booked again and can't wait to go back !!

We had a fantastic stay here. The caravan was lovely and clean and extreamly spacious, which was ideal for our young children and dog. Could not fault anything at all. We will definately be back again soon.

Beautiful caravan close to complex . Deposit/bond paid back day after arriving home . Caravan was clean and tidy, Will definitely be returning.
