The living area has built in sofas, gas fire, 40" Smart HD TV and DVD Player, Playstation 3 with some games for the kids of all ages. WIFI is provided for our guests - login details available in the holiday home.
The dining area comprises of a modern style table and 4 full size seats ( situated in kitchen diner area ) - 2 additional fold up seats are provided to seat a maximum of 6 people round the table.
The kitchen comes complete with kettle, toaster, built in microwave, full size fridge / freezer, Mugs, glasses, plates, bowels, cutlery, slow cooker and general kitchen utensils.
There are 2 toilets ( 1 separate ) and ( 1 in the shower room ) - Full shower cubicle with sliding glass door.
Parking - hard standing next to the Caravan with room for 2 cars.
Matress protectors, duvets & pillows are provided for all 8 beds - just bring pillow cases, sheets , duvet covers / sleeping bag with you.
We are dog lovers and would love you to bring your dog with you on holiday and they will be most welcome.
All we ask is that they dont jump up on the furniture or run mud through the carpets.
The caravan is situated on a lovely spot ( plot 171 ) in the Beautiful Snowdonia National Park with the mountain range in one direction and the long sandy beach just a 2 minute walk away in the other.

Rules: - We would like to keep our lovely 2nd home just as lovely for many year to come so we would appreciate it if all guests could follow the below.
No dogs / pets to be allowed on the furniture, No muddy / wet shoes to be worn through the caravan. Please ensure the cooker / grill is cleaned after use. Please no smoking in or around the van. Please leave the van in the same condition as you found it to ensure the next guests get the same high standards as we would of set for you. Thankyou in advance.
