the caravan was fantastic - had all the amenities we needed and was in a quiet spot with plenty of space. Kathryn the owner was very helpful throughout from making our initial booking to making sure we had passes and access to the van. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again THANK YOU

Fabulous caravan, nicest I've ever stayed in. Felt luxurious and plush with new carpets and squishy sofa. Large shower for the space and powerful. Large fridge and freezer and very well equipped kitchen. Was provided with tea towel, washing up liquid and hand-wash. I would have been willing to pay extra to be provided with towels. Very clean and smelt lovely too. Loved the BBQ and decking/garden area. In a quiet area of the park and v close to the park and ride that takes you into Tenby. Owners really helpful answering questions. Kiln Park is a decent Haven site- loved the outdoor pool and play park. Book now, you won't be disappointed!

First time to book direct with owner and glad we wernt disappointed. Caravan was in a quiet and partly private area of the park which was lovely. Van clean and spacious. We were left some welshcakes and a few essentials which were welcomed. Had to purchase a bath mat for outside of shower so thus could be an investment, also a mop and bucket would be useful to clean floors and decking. Overall would definitely book this van again in the future.

Lovely caravan, beautiful corner plot in a quiet part of the park. My teenagers enjoyed having wifi and Netflix was an added bonus! Great communication with owner too.

We have had a wonderful holiday.Your accomadation is ideally suited to our family.The location ensures privacy.Very comfomfortable added benefits of wifi Netflix and dishwasher and full fridge and freezermade our holiday very relaxing.We were well situated to walk to complex beech and into Tenby town.I would highly recommend this caravan for a holiday.Owners are very easy to liasie with and answer and help us with our holiday details.The caravan itself is a home away from home and I was sad to leave as we had such a wonderful stay.Thank you to its owners for our very good experience We will be back

Beautiful caravan, really clean and plenty of facilities included dishwasher was a bonus for a big family! The caravan was in a lovely spot with decking space and a garden perfect for families! The owner kept us up to date at all times and was very friendly, would highly recommend this caravan and would love to return!

This was a short break that we booked as a little treat for our daughter and granddaughter who were visiting from overseas, and their schedule didn't allow for a full week in the caravan. They were not disappointed as the caravan was very comfortable and in perfect condition. Its location on the site was just what we wanted in a quiet corner of the site, but convenient enough for walking to other amenities and the beach. Kiln Park is a very well planned site that prevents overcrowding and allows plenty of parking space. It is in an ideal location for walking to the beach and into Tenby.

Where do I start? By far the most beautiful caravan we have ever stayed in. Spotlessly clean, amazing facilities, perfect location. The little enclosed garden was really lovely, our 6 year old could play safely. The WiFi, Netflix etc was a huge hit with our 2 older daughters and nephew, a great added luxury. Great communication from the owner. We look forward to staying at you're caravan again. Thank you so much.

Booked to stay here to celebrate my sons 10th birthday and I was not disappointed at all. The caravan was just beautiful and in the perfect spot, with its own garden area to the side which was so lovely and private as well ???? we had such a lovely time and my son was very happy that there was WiFi ???? Communication with the caravan owners during the booking process and subsequently was very pleasant with all questions being answered promptly. The caravan was lovely in all respects with an unbelievable amount of outside space. It is sited in a quiet corner of the park, a short distance from the free bus service to Tenby and within easy reach of the beach. What more can I say than that it was by far the best caravan experience that we have ever had.

Really enjoyed our stay! the caravan was lovely and spacious and one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in. The fact its in the corner with the little garden made it perfect for my autistic daughter. Thankyou for sharing your beautiful home from home!

The accommodation was lovely, I had emails from the owner leading upto my holiday, When we arrived I had a text to say accommodation now available (2.30) we got to the caravan at 3pm but the cleaners were still there. Not a problem. Had a great week, on the day before due to vacate, the key box stopped working so on vacating the caravan I took the key to reception instead of putting back in the key box. The caravan was left spotless, also taking pictures, as evidence which I recommend everyone does! ( I also used to rent my caravan in tenby years ago) We decided to go into Tenby town for a few hours, within an hour I received a text to say the owner is keeping my bond as there was damage to the caravan outside & inside?? Apparently the decking was damaged? You can imagine my disbelief & shock! I drove back to the campsite kiln park, even more shocked to find the key I had taken to reception was now back in the door with the van unlocked!? I took keys back to reception again & spoke to JO JO, telling her what had happened. The cleaners??? There was NO damage to the inside or Outside so I proceeded to take pictures outside also & sent them straight to the caravan owner. She reply & assured me she contacted the company who hold my £100 bond & it would be refunded within 10 days. After 2 weeks, nothing, I phoned the company only to be told the bond is STLL on hold because of the damage. They said the owner hadn’t contacted them to release it?? I then emailed her again & she Blamed the company, ( cat & mouse) I told her I had photos to prove there wasn’t any such damage, My bond was released after 3 weeks! Has this happened to anyone else at this property? I strongly believe if I hadn’t gone back to the property that day & taken photographs I wouldn’t have had my bond refunded. Many family’s would vacate & make their way home I guess? ALWAYS TAKE PHOTOGRAPHS!!! I don’t know if this happens a lot, but I’m afraid despite having a lovely time, the stress on my return had ruined my experience. I’m still in shock. I would NOT recommend this caravan for your holiday.

Hi Leah, Thank you for rating the caravan to highly. The rating you left the caravan and service truly represents the accommodation. We live over 150 miles from the caravan and therefore rely solely on the word of our cleaners and Haven themselves to report back on the state that the caravan was left in. As both are reputable companies we have no option to trust them at their word when something is amiss on departure of our guests. Which is what happened on this occasion. Following your departure we had to replace the lock box and have the decking repaired . So it was generous of us to return your bond in full. I’m sorry you felt the need to leave this review more than 8 weeks after your stay.

Excellent Caravan. Really good spot and plenty of room for our autistic son to run around. Will definitely return to this caravan in future. Free WiFi and access to Netflix was a big hit with all 3 children too

Lovely caravan, great layout with all the mod cons, spotless and fresh in arrival. Private setting with gorgeous garden to side as is located on corner plot. Ideal location to walk into Tenby town centre. Great communication from Kathryn, would highly recommend and will be booking again ourselves!!

We had a fantastic week at the caravan, and honestly could not fault a thing! We were a group of 4 adults & a 2-year-old, and the space was perfect, particularly the enclosed wrap-around decking area, & the additional garden space which is surrounded by fencing, offering security & privacy. Communication with the owner was brilliant, and we will definitely look to book with them again.
