Static has 4G WiFi Internet system and DAB sound system connected to the ceiling speakers in all rooms also has free sat TV system.
Parkdean charges a small fee for facilities via passes but the entertainment and complex facilities will be supplied in with the cost of the stay in the 2021 season.

Description

We are offering 10% off all bookings during May , June and September 2021

The static holiday home is a very high spec with a full 3 piece suit with one recliner, full range cooker with a hot plate the holiday home has the main bathroom also has en suite, with decking to the front with great views of Borth Bay. this is truly home from home accommodation.

We will be supplying bedding and towels from again from September a small charge of £15 per booking (from September 2012)

our Min stay Length is 3 nights due to Cleaning costs as we use an professional cleaning company locally based we are Covid 19 free certificated Good to go.

The Holiday Park is a Parkdean resort which has all you expect indoor pool wit flume, Clubs, Boat restaurant, on-site shop the holiday park is very well kept and is in a beautiful location of Borth Village 10 to 15 min drive to Aberystwyth main town and seafront also Clarach bay is an only short drive, we have now installed 4G Wifi system into Static for a small extra charge of £10 you will be able to use this just to cover the cost. Password supplied confirmation.

There is no charge for dogs Max 2 dogs.

Borth as good pubic transport links with a train station within Borth also buses running

This caravan is so roomy and comfortable. Owner has equipped it exceptionally well. Owner easy to contact and most helpful. Lovely decking area well furnished and comfortable looking out over the holiday park to the sea. Everything cleaned to a very high standard. Wi fi was a bonus. Hope to stay here again soon

Amy was extremely helpful with my last minute booking having been let down by an other caravan owner, as it turned out I got a better quality van. The caravan was lovely and comfortable well looked after and very clean. Thank you.

Had a fantastic stay with the family the static is just amazing, like being in a old farm cottage style facilities supplied in static was spot on with free sat tv, DAB radio system that worked via ceiling speakers in each room, cleanness was was high standard the view and seating on decking was just fabulous customer service was excellent always there to help and even give info on the area as Amy & Matt personally know the area very well and the pricing was excellent also as we stayed in another static last year in 2019 paid £200 and was no way the quality and spec as this one, will be staying again

We are glad you and family where very happy with the caravan we do our best to keep it prime condition and we use a professional cleaning company based in Aberystwyth, A P Cleaning services, we do our best to keep the prices reasonable but still reflecting the standard of the static we are pleased that you paid £200 more for the week less we would be happy to see you returning

To book you will be required to pay £75 deposit which is returnable 7 days after your stay, once the static holiday home has been checked, the remaining balance must be pay in full 3 weeks before we will send out by email the booking confirmation and Terms .
