A beautifully presented and spotlessly clean double glazed caravan with blow air heating. The spacious lounge area offers plenty of seating with TV ( Freesat), DVD player and a modern electric fire with LED back lighting. The kitchen is well equipped with full size oven, fridge & microwave. A kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board & rotary washing line are also provided. The main bathroom has toilet, sink, shower and heated towel rail. There is also a separate toilet & wash basin.
The caravan can sleep up to 6 people with 1 double and 2 twin rooms.
Bed linen is provided and beds will be made up for your arrival, Hand towel and tea towel with also be provided, you just need to bring bath towels.
The caravan has gas, electricity and portable appliance testing safety certificates. Also smoke & co2 detectors.
Gas & Electric included in the price.
Entertainment passes are available to be purchased from the on-site office.
A £50 non-refundable deposit per week is required to confirm your booking with the balance payable 4 weeks before your arrival date. In addition a £75 refundable damages deposit is required with your final payment.
Arrival time any time after 3pm.
We ask that the caravan be vacated by 10am on your departure day.
If you are unable to travel on your selected dates because of restrictions in place due to Covid-19 then we will give you the following options:
1) A full refund of all monies paid
2) We will hold all your monies paid in a separate bank account until you are ready to re-book another date.
3) You can move your arrival date to a date later in 2021 or into 2022..
