About the owner

We have three modern Prestige standard 6 berth caravans for hire on Haven's Hafan Y Mor Holiday Park near Pwllheli in Gwynedd. These caravans offer all modern facilities and beautifully appointed. Each has its own wifi system so you can download movies and use Netflix and Prime Video. The Caravans have surround decking with table and chairs for sitting outside and a separate picnic table to seat 6 people for 'al-fresco' dining. The site is a perfect location for family holidays. It has a fantastic swimming pool complex designed for all ages with water plumes, wave machines, water slide and separate pools for toddlers and babies.There is also children's activities indoors and family entertainment in inclement weather. Haven have also developed the Dragon Lake complex which offers more entertainment with cycle and buggy hire, boating lake with pedaloes and electric boats, bungee jumping, a rope walk adventure for older children and adults, playgrounds, restaurant complex and many more. There is also a beach within 15 mins walk of the caravans. Pwllheli is also an ideal location to travel around the area being on the edge of Snowdonia National Park, the Llyn Peninsula, Portmeirion and the Welsh National Heritage railway and Black Rock sands, one of the best beaches in the UK. The Welsh coastal footpath runs through the site. All in all a great holiday destination whatever the weather. We hope we can look forward to welcoming you to for your next holiday adventure.

Description

All bookings are available from Monday to Friday, Friday to Monday, Monday to Monday or Friday to Friday.

The caravans offer modern facilities and all the comforts you would expect of a home away from home. The caravan is fitted with its own wifi system for greater reliability and enjoyment for which a set fee of £10 is charged for its use.

The park facilities are aimed at family groups with a fabulous swimming pool complex with several pools including water plumes, slides and wave machine, lap pool, infant pool and jacuzzi. In addition there is the recently opened Dragon Park with boating lake, rope walk and adventure playground, bungee jumping, 4 x4 go karts, buggies and restaurant complex. There is a beach about 10 minutes walk from the main complex. There is also regular entertainment for children and grown ups.

This is a holiday destination that has something for everyone from relaxing space to fun and adventure.

The Park is located 3 miles outside Pwllheli with a regular bus service running through the day to the Park and to other places south. It is close to other attractions such as the Snowdonia National Park, Criccieth, Porthmadog, Portmeirion, Black Water Sands and the famous Welsh Heritage Railway.

The Park is approx a 2 hr 30min drive from Manchester and Birmingham. There are rail services from Manchester/ Birmingham via Shrewsbury to Pwllheli.

The area has many beautiful sandy beaches nearby and the beauty of the Llyn Peninsula and Snowdonia. This is ideal for walking and cycling holidays and is open until end of October for people wanting a late getaway.

All caravans are chemically cleaned in accordance with Government's Covid regulations prior to arrival.

We do supply quilts and pillows but please note you will need to bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels. Although bed linen can be hired at £30 if required.

Just returned from a short break in this caravan. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to come as the caravan is lovely and is in a nice quiet cul-de-sac. The owner Tim, is friendly and helpful and had excellent communication regarding our stay. We have booked to come back again next year!

Second visit to this caravan. Loved every minute again. Lovely quiet plot, lovely caravan with great amenities & dog friendly to boot. A fantastic base from which to walk the dogs along the coast path & beaches. Tim is brilliant, sorted any problems out straight away. It’s like home from home. Will definitely return for a 3rd time.

What a lovely caravan. Clean modern and in a lovely little area 5 minutes away from swimming and the entertainment. Would love to stay here again. The owner was very helpful and it was such an easy transaction when booking. Only downfall was it needed some extra kitchen utensils, such as sharper knifes to prepare food. Thankyou :)

This was my 1st time at Hafan y mor I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the campsite and the facilities. The fabulous weather made it even better. Kids loved the arcades as much as the activities on offer.

Excellent. We have had a brilliant holiday. The caravan was modern, clean and well looked after, with a secure gated deck that is great for dogs and children. The facilities were good, all as if being at home. The WiFi was great. We’ve been to the site several times so knew where it was positioned and it was great for access to shop and the show bar facilities. We had a fantastic time even though the weather was a little unpredictable. Thank you Tim.

Brilliant family holiday home. There was all the items needed to make a home from home holiday. The caravan was clean and well presented on arrival. Had a wonder week away. We would definitely book again. Any questions I had Tim quickly answered, as we were new at booking with owners direct he put my mind ease. Would highly recommend.
