Looking for a Holiday park that's got everything but not too noisy? This will suit you. South Bay Holiday Park is set in a lovely position overlooking Brixham, Paignton, and Torquay in Devon and is about 1 mile from Brixham. There is a bus stop at the Park entrance.
A heated indoor/outdoor pool, clubhouse, reception, takeaway or eat in, shop, children's play areas and more are all within 100/120 yards of the Caravan position. Even at busy times South Bay Holiday Park is relaxing.
This is a large, (38' x 12'), luxury caravan and has everything you will need. Central heating and double glazing are fitted. (see photos).

The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, cooker with oven, plus all the equipment you could need..
There is a lovely shower room with radiator.
The main bedroom has a double bed, radiator and wardrobes. There are two other bedrooms each with twin beds and radiators.
There is a pull-out bed in the lounge. This is a small double and is best suited to children.
Enjoy the outside veranda with table and chairs.
Bed linen and entertainment passes are included in the hire cost.
There are lovely walks directly from the Park along paths through a nature area with lovely views of the sea and coastline. About 15 minutes walk brings you to the beach at St Marys Bay, accessed by a significant number of steps, but it's worth the effort. An unspoilt bay suitable for swimming, rock pools and sunbathing.
Brixham, with it's famous harbour is about a 20 min walk or you can take the bus or your car. It has many attractions including the 'Golden Hind', fishing fleet, shops, lovely harbour side eateries and 'crabbing' from the quayside. In season a 'Pirates' day is held weekly with many activities.
A short drive will take you to Broadsands or the lovely Goodrington beaches, both of which have modern seaside facilities and level access.
A drive of about 3 miles takes you to Paignton which is a typical British seaside resort with much to offer, including the start of the Steam railway, pier, beach, amusements, cinema, shops and many varied places to eat.
A drive of about 6 miles takes you to Torquay, a cosmopolitan harbour town with a beach and high street shops. You can get the ferry there from Brixham harbour, - at a cost of £4.00per person each way, at the time of writing. A lovely 30 minute sail across the Bay.
Venture further afield and discover the lovely port of Dartmouth. You can get there by car, bus or the Steam Train. Visit Agatha Christies holiday home which is run by the National Trust.
Dartmoor with it's Prison and naturally beautiful scenery is also well worth a visit.
Whatever you choose or wish to do, active or relaxing, can be found at South Bay Holiday Park and it's surrounding area.
