This is our brand new (2020), 35’ x 12’ Willerby Seasons Deluxe 3 bedroom caravan, Sited at the Haven site Perran Sands, Perranporth, Cornwall.

Description

This is a brand new 2020 Caravan Graded as 'Prestige' and pet friendly too, you will enjoy all the little extra touches to make your holiday experience even more special.

With fully double glazed windows and central heating throughout, you are ensured of always being warm and cosy regardless of the time of year.

Lounge:
This spacious, open plan area has a contemporary feel, with a large L-shaped sofa incorporating a pull out double sofa-bed, 32" flat screen TV with DVD player.

Kitchen/Dining:
The stylish, well-equipped kitchen contains everything you should need and comprises a full sized oven and hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster

Master Bedroom with En-suite WC:
A very large bedroom with a amazingly comfortable double bed, complete with pillows, duvet, (bring your own linen) ensures you have everything you need for a perfect night's sleep. You will have plenty of storage too.

Twin Bedroom:
This bedroom has two single beds, complete with pillows, duvets.

Bathroom:
The bathroom contains a large shower, wash basin and WC.

Outside:
426 Pentreath View is a lovely spacious spot.

A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking with the balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 4 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. To book, simply contact us through the enquiry form on this listing, by phone, email or through our website. Payment can be made either by Card or Bank Transfer. A full Booking Summary and Receipt will be provided.

A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded after departure following successful inspection.
