Comprises one double bedroom & two twin rooms; sleeping 6 (or 7 if one is aged 2yrs or under).

Spacious open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. Fully double glazed and central heating as well as an electric fire in the lounge for extra warmth if needed.

The lounge is also kitted out with a 32 inch smart TV with all the popular streaming apps (must use own subscriptions).

The fully fitted kitchen comprises of a full-size gas oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.

The shower room has its own sink and there is a separate toilet with sink area.

Outside is a decking area with a lockable gate and is furnished with rattan style dining furniture.

Duvets and pillows are supplied but bed linen is NOT provided as standard. You must bring your own or we can provide at an additional charge.

*** Unlimited access passes are not included and are COMPULSORY. They must be purchased direct from Flamingo Land on your arrival. Passes cover the duration of your stay and give you access to the theme park, zoo and swimming complex as well as all bars and evening entertainment. Children under 3 are free.
