The caravan has full wrap around decking, 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms and pull out bed in lounge, comfortably sleeping 6-8 people, 1 bathroom with shower and an en-suite. large open plan living and dining area with TV and DVD player (with an extensive DVD collection!) And an inter grated Bluetooth music system, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need including a dishwasher, Large fridge freezer & Tassimo coffee pod machine.

Our lovely caravan is in a quiet and private spot, close to the beach footpath that takes you to South Beach and is less then a 10 min stroll to the old town of Tenby. There is convenient parking just outside the van with plenty of spaces.

Duvets and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own bed linen or we can provide for a fee of £25, you will need to bring your own towels and tea towels.

Kiln Park is located a 10/15 minute walk away from the beautiful seaside town of Tenby. Kiln Park houses an entertainment complex with restaurants, bowling and arcade, an outdoor and indoor pool, mini golf and much more. The park is open from 12th March and entertainment is available 7 days a week.

Passes and bed linen are not included.

A £50 returnable damage bond is charged on all bookings. This is refunded within 48 hours of check out, subject to checks being made.

In order to make a booking, a non refundable deposit is required. Full payment is then due 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. Should you need to cancel your booking, 28 days notice is required for a refund (minus deposit). Cancellations made within 27 - 15 days before will receive 50% refund. Should you cancel with less than 14 days notice, there will be no refund.
