Sea View is a large, luxury, modern contemporary light and airy ABI Oakley 36ft x 13ft holiday home, which enjoys stunning views and is located on one of the best plot on Waterside Holiday Park! Our generous 36ft x 13ft, open plan living/dining/kitchen area is the perfect setting to enjoy the incredible views of Lyme bay and beyond. Location, luxury living and personal attention to detail is what we offer all our guests.

You can expect great value and clean and comfortable accommodation in this Platinum grade luxury holiday home. We can accommodate your holiday needs for most of the year. You can guarantee a relaxed and enjoyable holiday experience like no other staying at this fully equipped caravan.

Sea View is a high specification platinum grade holiday home located on a well laid out Holiday Park but within a few minutes from the fantastic holiday seaside resorts of Paignton and Goodrington.

What you see is what you get!
Sea View has a large open plan lounge-dining-kitchen area with seating for six persons. Our lounge enjoys sophisticated colour combinations which enhance the stylish décor and beech effect furniture fully complimented by a stylish lounge suite with matching drapes. You will also enjoy the benefit of full gas central heating for those chillier nights. Our lounge area also has a feature fire surround and large TV.
In the kitchen area the colour and style of our lounge is followed through to the 5* kitchen which is fully equipped with a 4 burner gas hob - gas oven, extractor canopy, an integrated fridge freezer and microwave.
We also have your dining needs fully covered! For your dining needs there is a well-proportioned dining table with seating for four/six persons.
If you do not want to do any home cooking there are many eating establishments located a short walk away.
Our Bedrooms maintain the rich contemporary feel of the living area with smart accessories such as cushions and matching drapes. The master bedroom has a double size bed topped with memory foam mattress, dressing table, TV with Free view and a DVD player. For storage there are spacious wardrobes. Leading off the master is an En-suite with toilet and wash basin.
Our main bathroom comes with a washbasin, shower and toilet.
The second bedroom has two single beds and built in wardrobe.
Outside Deck Area
Sea View has a custom-built raised decking area to take full advantage of the stunning panoramic coastal views. The deck is fully equipped with a patio table and chairs for al-fresco dining, weather permitting. There are stunning views of the bay and steam train.
Sea View now has its own allocated parking space.
Due to the Holiday Homes unique location guests can enjoy peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the park and its holiday atmosphere which is a few minutes? walk away.
Sea View has style and sophistication for those people who enjoy the finer things in life. If you are looking for a memorable holiday then you are looking in the right place!
Sea View has a FREE mains supply for electricity, gas and water. For those chillier nights you have the added benefit of full gas central heating and double glazing. Facilities include constant hot water, gas oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle.
Supplied is an inventory of basic bedding for up to six persons including quilts and pillows. Please supply your own linen for beds, towels and toiletries.
Please note that the caravan is not suitable for wheelchair users.

We do NOT include entertainment passes for guests. Passes can be purchased at a nominal charge at reception on arrival. Nightly entertainment shows run from April to October each season.

To round your days off, the whole family can enjoy the cabaret evenings in the Yacht Club - they will certainly keep you all amused.

Beautiful caravan with amazing views. Absolutely perfect. We stayed for the week for a get together with family members in other caravans on the site.

Stayed in 156 for the May Bank Holiday weekend to take part in the BMAD Festival. I cannot faulty this lovely holiday home. The views are amazing, it's clean and comfortable and one of the best homes i've stayed in over the last 53 years of coming to Waterside. The owner does an excellent job and i can't wait to return. A very clean modern, spacious & well equipped caravan with a stunning uninterrupted sea view towards Torquay. We enjoyed a very comfortable 7 night stay. With the added benefit of a dedicated parking space right at the side of the decking. The owner was also very pleasant & easy to deal with. We would recommend staying in this caravan.
