Our caravan is close to the main complex and pool. The beach is a 5-10 min walk away. This is a 5* Haven resort entertainment and pool passes are available from reception, thy are not included in the caravan price.

All bookings include beds made for arrival. Whilst we do allow pets, a surcharge is made for them at our discretion. A damage waiver of £75 is required before your stay, this will be returned once the cleaners have confirmed there has been no damage, if you cancel your holiday this deposit is none refundable.

Caravan was very clean with plenty of extras like board games which was handy for children. Location was fab short walk to main swimming pool & show bars also not too far from activity area. Ria the owner was available if required nothing seemed too much trouble to her very helpful. Would recommend this caravan highly.

Ria's caravan was really good value for money. It was spotless and everything you could have needed was there. The caravan was also ideally located to all the facilities. The board games and the smart TV was a real bonus the kids enjoyed them. Would certainly look to book again. Thanks Ria

This caravan was spacious, well equipped (far better equipped than haven themselves caravans) it’s in a fantastic position near to the main facilities. I can’t fault the holiday at all. Ria is helpful and always on hand if you need her. Can’t wait to return.

Just returned from a wonderful 4 night stay in this caravan! Not only was the place spotlessly clean it was also much more spacious than we anticipated. Upon arrival we found sanitizer gel and moisturizer which came in really handy due to the current pandemic situation. We also forgot washing up liquid but found plenty already there along with many other essentials including handwash, cloths etc. Infact the place was so well equipped, the owner really has taken everything to the next level - an abundance of board games kept us occupied on one rainy evening we endured and even a smart TV with Netflix and Amazon. Beds - comfy and the caravan had an all round warm, cosy vibe about it. The communication with the owner was spot on and nothing was too much trouble. Location wise, the caravan is situated in short walking distance of the parks main facilities. Looking forward to our next visit!

I would definitely recommend Ria's caravan! Its a clean, surprisingly spacious caravan in a great location on the park. The holiday was reasonably priced, easy to book and Ria was helpful and happy to answer any questions before and during the holiday. We had such a lovely time and would definitely book again.
