The caravan was very nice and clean, had everything needed, my daughter's and granddaughter loved it. We all enjoyed the hot tub even in the rain. Lots to do on the site. Would definitely recommend and book again. The owner answers any questions and helpful with information.

Fabulous caravan, everything you needed was within the van, lovely treats left for upon arrival. Very clean. Lots to do on the complex too. Will definitely book again!

Had a fabulous stay. Candice’s caravan was extremely clean abs well equipped and we had everything we needed for our stay.

If your looking for a great caravan that’s super clean and tidy with everything you could possibly want included in a superb quite part of the park then this is the one. From the first point of contact Candice the owner was fantastic in keeping me informed throughout the booking process and answering any questions I had right up to arrival. The van itself is new, clean, comfortable and had everything and more you could want or need, Candice has thought of every possible detail and used great quality decoration and equipment to kit it out. Located on swan view it’s away from the hustle and bustle of being near the entertainment centre but a pleasant 15min walk away past the lakes. Being located where it is means there’s little foot traffic or cars walking/driving by every minute which means it’s peaceful. Especially when your sat in the gorgeous hot tub on the decking. Another benefit of it’s location is you are virtually under the flight path for the RAF jets as they take off and land which although loud, its amazing to watch them come and go even if your not interested in them, and whilst we were there flew between 10am and 5pm only. (My son is plane mad so was ideal for us). So to sum up as mentioned if your looking for a quite relaxing break in a van that has everything this is the place to book and I for one am already looking at my next dates to book.

Mon 14th -Fri 18th September. Within minutes of making the booking i was contacted by Candice who was so helpful in answering questions & making everything run smoothly. The caravan is located in a very quiet part of Tattershall Lakes which suited us fine,with no through traffic.The caravan is immaculate throughout and as said on previous reviews,the photos do not do it justice.So many things included in the caravan,condiments,tea,coffee,sugar,cleaning products,hand & bath towels & toilet rolls to name a few.It also had everything you could possibly want utensils,pots,pans and even a bar b q outside as well as the lovely hot tub. This was our first time at Tattershall Lakes and what a fantastic choice of accommodation we made.This will be the first property we will look at when we return again as you certainly know what you are getting. We would certainly recommend this to our family & friends.

We’ve just got back from a fab 4 night break. The caravan is beautiful inside and out, it is pitched on the most perfect quiet spot and the decking is an amazing sun trap all day. The hot tub was so lovely. We had fun watching the RAF night flying too! So loud but so thrilling to see! Candice was very helpful and full of information right from the minute I booked and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. I really can’t wait to come back. The caravan is most definitely a home from home and is kitted out with everything you could possibly need! Will be returning very soon ????
