Guests will receive a welcome pack which will be suitable for all guests to enjoy.
There is one double bedroom and two twin rooms. One toilet/shower room and another toilet and hand basin
The lounge has a 40 inch free view TV with built in DVD and TV in main bedroom.USB ports in bedrooms. Caravan is lovely and cosy in winter months.

Fridge/Freezer. Microwave, kettle and toaster.

Hairdryer supplied.

Bedding - duvets and pillows are provided and an option for you to bring own bedlinen or bedlinen can be provided (free) and beds made up for arrival. No towels provided.
L Shape decking has rattan furniture.

Supermarket and Laundrette on site. Indoor / outdoor swimming pools.

Lovely new Entertainment venue now open. However passes are NOT provided but can be purchased through Kiln Park once holiday booked and paid for a link will be sent to you from KP asking if you wish to purchase passes, which will enable you to book activities in advance .No passes required for restaurant and arcade.

We had a lovely week away in this caravan. It was clean and modern and Teresa had thought of everything for our family holiday, providing a beautiful welcome pack. Teresa was so helpful prior to the holiday with queries and updating our car details with Haven. Would highly recommend and would definitely book again.

Absolutely brilliant week away. The van was so lovely and clean and had everything we could possibly want! It had a great size tv which was loved by the kids and two toilets! Just so spacious and well looked after. Teresa (the owner) left a basket of goodies on arrival which was so thoughtful and much enjoyed!!! Thank you again - will def book again!

Stayed here beginning of May and would highly recommend, we had a beautiful welcome pack on arrival both for us adults and children. The caravan was very clean and tidy. Great communication with owner. Will definitely be returning
