Stunning sea views from lounge and decking with a five minute walk to the main beach and 15 minute walk into New Quay. Bedding provided.

Description

Lovely family owned 3 bedroomed caravan on Havens Quay west site with easy access to Cardigan. Aberystwyth and beyond. 5 minutes walk from a beautiful long dog friendly beach and on the Ceredigion stretch of the Welsh coastal path. Not too close nor too far from site amenities with no passing traffic. For the perfect mix of piece and activity this caravan is ideally located. There is parking next to the caravan for one car with alternative parking one row behind. Owners of electric vehicles are not allowed to charge their vehicles at the caravan, doing so will result in loss of deposit. Caravan sleeps up to maximum 8 people with 3 bedrooms and a pull out bed in the lounge. Over occupancy will render the contract void and you will be asked to leave, your holiday terminated and you will not be entitled to any refund, also all guests must be registered, any unregistered guests will also result in the above. I now provide bedding to make your stay easier, just turn up and settle down to enjoy your holiday. The caravan is Pet friendly but animals must be controlled and not allowed on the furniture and beds please. Dogs must not be left alone in the caravan at any time. Any damage or loss of income arising from the above will be charged for and any costs above the security deposit will also be saught from the hirer.
Guests are also required to leave by 10am to ensure a full and safe cleaning is performed for the next guests. I hope you all understand. Accidents happen so please report any damages or breakages so they can be replaced/rectified prior to the next guests stay. I would prefer to be told of any breakages etc so I can get it sorted rather than turn up to clean and find out for myself. This may seem obvious but some owners have had their pvc decking ruined by disposable bbq's, please do not use disposable bbq's on the decking and if used on the patio please dispose of correctly when cold.
Cancellations are not accepted within 30 days of stay and cancellations within 60 days will be at my disgretion.
Most of all enjoy your stay watch out for the dolphins in the bay and relax Del x

We would highly recommend this caravan, was very clean, good site, lovely sea views, owner was very helpful, clear instructions to get there, will definitely use this one again next year.

We stayed at this lovely caravan over the May Day Bank Holiday weekend, with our dog and elderly father. The caravan was spotless and well equipped, with great decking that had a view of the town and sea and had a gate, which was important with our dog. Overall, a great experience from start to finish would recommend

Just returning back from a lovely 5 night stay, we were taken away of how beautiful this place is ?? and Del's caravan didn't dissapoint either! Immaculate when we arrived and it had all the ammendites you need! Del was very accommodating and kept me well informed in preparation our vist. We will be certainly back next year...well worth the 5+ hours drive! Thank you ????

The caravan was found to be very clean on arrival, every was in working order and we slept very well considering the heat of the weather at the time. The location of the caravan is very good, close to both the facilities of the site and the beach. Overall we had a very good weeks holiday.

We stayed for four nights and had a wonderful break. The caravan is lovely and clean. The location is perfect and a short stroll to the beach. Amazing sea views also. We'll definitely be back to stay again!

Had a wonderful time. Fantastic Seaviews to watch the Dolphins. The caravan is in a perfect spot close to the beach and amenities. Very helpful and approachable owners....... Lovely family holiday.
