About the owner

We discovered Cornwall in 2020 on our first staycation and fell in love with it. We have bought our caravan so that we can enjoy regular trips there and also offer an excellent standard of accommodation to others. We choose our caravan as it is luxury with lots of lovely extras such as central heating &. a bath, we aim to offer a really high standard of holiday to all of our guests. We hope to see you soon!

Modern cosy caravan located in quiet area with no caravans opposite just a lake.
2 bedroom, 6 berth luxury caravan.
1 double bedroom with en suite including bath and 1 bedroom with two single beds.
Double sofa bed in lounge also.
Fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons including pots and pans and crockery, cutlery.. Kettle, toaster and nespresso machine with milk frothing jug
New carpets throughout, tasteful decor, central heating and attractive electric fire.
Flat screen tv and dvd player integrated
Dining table to seat 4 and ample sofa space to sit 5/6 plus an arm chair.
Iron and ironing board plus cleaning items provided.

Description

This is our own holiday home and so looked after and furnished to a high standard with all modern fresh furnishings.

Sleeps 6 with double bedroom including en-suite bathroom and twin room with main bathroom also.

The caravan is in impeccable condition, we have recently bought it and added all new facilities including an iron and board, hoover and kettle & toaster and nespresso coffee machine.

Also all facilities to cook a proper meal and it has a full size fridge and freezer.

It is situated on the end of a small row next to the forest land on the site, the site is 150 acres of woodland and lakes and is fantastic for walking or fishing holidays.

Well behaved pets only, please no paws on the furniture and beds :)

White Acres Holiday Park
White Acres Holiday Park is a 4* caravan site away from the hustle and bustle but features all the usual amenities such as bar and restaurant on site plus a little wood land cafe (2 mins from our caravan!) with a lovely outside seating area, there is a gym, swimming pool and arcade also onsite.

The site also features 13 fishing lakes and a fishing tackle shop.

In the clubhouse there is a small bowling facility, ice hockey, darts, pool and snooker, and also an amusement arcade.

Children's entertainment starts at 7pm and there is bingo for the adults before the entertainment begins, with shows on every night.
White Acres Holiday Park also has a chip shop and Spa supermarket which is well stocked, a coffee and indoor seating area, and a lodge with indoor younger children's ball pits and climbing apparatus.

15 mins drive to Newquay, 20 mins to Bodmin and Padstow. 45 mins to both Boscastle and St Ives. Fantastic location for all local day trips, wonderful quiet spot to relax.

Site passes not included but available to purchase at reception they are around £12 for a week in peak season and £10 out of season per person, children under 2 go free.

Lovely caravan in an ideal position on White Acres Caravan Site for using the fishing lakes. Superb fishing all week. Caravan clean and tidy very comfortable. Had a great week and will consider booking again next year. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay and were really impressed with the quality of the caravan. There were lots of thoughtful touches so much so that my wife wanted to know where all the candles etc came from. The caravan is in a quiet location overlooking the start of the ponds and is a credit to its owner . We thoroughly recommend a stay at the caravan.

We had the most fanstastic holiday with our boys and dogs, the caravan was immaculate. Such a beautiful holiday home, Paula was very helpful and told us lots of places to visit with the family. My boys especially loved the fishing lake that was near the caravan. Will definitely be back!!

We had a lovely two-night stay here. The caravan is gorgeous and so homely. We loved the extra touches like the beautiful hand soaps and body wash, along with the tasteful decoration. The caravan is very well equipped, spacious and really is a home from home. The central heating and fire kept us super warm and cosy. Paula was super communicative and helpful throughout and we would definitely choose this caravan again if in the area.

What a lovely caravan spotlessly clean and all furnishings in great condition,A credit to the owner.The van is located on a quiet part of the park with no other vans in front of you which is good as you can sit out in the evening on the large wrap around decking and watch the sunset.When we booked the van the owner Paula got in touch with me and gave me information on local sites and places of interest to visit which I thought was a nice touch(you do not get that when booking direct with park)I would have no hesitation on recommending booking this caravan you will not be disappointed. Had the most lovely week! 4 adults 1 toddler and a dog, there was enough room for us all. The caravan was located in the perfect place on the site, nice and peaceful and so much to do for children. The caravan has everything you need! Was spotless when we arrived and felt like home from home.
