We have a lovely spacious 2 bedroom, 6 berth Static caravan situated on Coral Beach Leisure.
Our holiday let caravan is fully double glazed, smoke and pet free.
It has a Covid 19 infection prevention deep clean between every change over.
In the newly carpeted lounge there is plenty of seating for the family, a large flat screen tv with remote, and a DVD player.
In the kitchen diner , there is a dining room table and 4 chairs, fridge with a freezer box, Dulce Gusto coffee pod machine , Kettle, toaster,George foreman and all the pots, pans , cutlery,plates etc that you would find in your own homes.
There is a double bedroom with lots of storage and built in wardrobes. A dressing table, mirror and stool, with a Babyliss hairdryer.
In the twin bedroom there is a single wardrobe with shelving and a mirror , a bedside lamp and cabinet.
For your safety we have fitted 2 fire extinguishers , a carbon monoxide detector and smoke alarm.
We are only 5 minutes walk form Fantasy Island the amusement arcades and the famous Eastgate market.
The beach is only a short walk away and Butlins is a 5 minute walk away.
Skegness is a 10 minute drive and Chapel St Leonards is about the same.
We are also on a regular bus route to all the above areas, the buses run every 10 minutes .
On site : Centred around two venues we have Coral tap family room, Coral concert room, Pirate Pete's adventure play, two arcades two fish n chip shops, (serving the very best Grimsby fish), and a launderette.
There is entertainment every night from cash Bingo to Karaoke and live acts.
Sealands friendly family bar venue offers one of the two arcades which is attached to the large family room. Kids and parents can dance the night away with Pirate Pete, Rocky the crock and Mimi the Princess mermaid.
Due to the Covid 19 situation things will be restricted due to the government guidelines, which is out of our control.
We ask for £50 non refundable deposit to secure your booking,to be paid within 7 days of booking. Your deposit is deducted from your holiday price and is due 21 days before your arrival date, unless there are less than 21 days before.
There is also a refundable breakages bond of £50 which will be refunded within 7 days from the date you leave once the caravan has been inspected.
