Description

Modern 2019 Swift Margaux based at the 5 star Waterside Holiday Park and Spa situated in the Orange area with slightly elevated outlook.

Equipped with modern appliances including gas cooker, built in microwave, integrated dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery, saucepans, airer, dustpan and brush, dining table to seat 4.

lounge area consists of 2 large sofas, one being a double sofa bed. Smart TV + DVD player, flame effect fire with French doors onto deck area.

Main bedroom with TV, large wardrobe, dressing table and en-suite with toilet and basin.

Second bedroom has two single beds which can be put together to make a double, wardrobe and drawers.

Main bathroom has large shower, basin with WC, mirror and storage cupboard.

Outside wrap around UPVC deck, table, chairs and parasol and benefits from the sun all day. Small grass area and parking for 2 cars.

Booking will include passes which provides access to entertainment venues, bars, restaurants and outdoor areas also included dedicated wifi, water, piped gas and electricity. Access to swimming pool and gym can be purchased directly from the site as a weekly pass or you can pay as you go daily.

Bedding is provided (pillow/duvets with protectors) but you will need to bring towels and bed linen (linen hire can be arranged via Waterside)

Caravan available from 2pm on arrival day. Vacate by 10am on departure day.

Had a fantastic holiday staying at waterside holiday park will definitely be booking another stay

Thank you for your review, with regards to cleanliness this was an error at waterside reception, not myself the owner, guest checked in early, for passes, and was given keys via reception by mistake, when my cleaner arrived the guest said it was ok and no need to clean, waterside have apologised for this error, their mistake not mine. I spoke to guest as well and at the time all was ok :-( this error does not usually happen.

I would highly recommend this caravan we booked 11th june for a week it was lovely and clean nice location everything you needed was there the owner leanne was there every step of the way very helpful would definitely book again.

Just got back from a fabulous week at waterside holiday park the facilities were first class and the staff are so friendly and efficient, the caravan was excellent and very clean with everything that you needed,the booking process was very easy and Leanne was very helpful and there when we needed her and we will hopefully be booking again soon

Just got back from a week staying at this caravan. The caravan was immaculate and spotlessly clean. Leanne was very helpful and was contactable throughout the booking. Lovely location with great views and the decking and outdoor furniture was a bonus. The park was exceptionally clean and all the staff were helpful and friendly. Will definitely be returning.

Spacious, beautiful and very clean caravan in an excellent location within easy walking distance of the bus stop and nearby Bowleaze Cove. Excellent communication with the owners and high recommended. We hope to return in 2021.
