Our deluxe modern and spacious holiday home boasts just the right combination of both functionality and style. It is a Willerby Seasons and is 37ft long and extra wide at 12ft and based at Haven Lakeland, Flookburgh, near Grange over Sands. A short drive from many Lake District attractions and towns eg Windermere, Ambleside, Bowness and Grizedale Forest.

Our 3-bedroom home is highly attractive and has a beautifully finished master bedroom with double bed, modern built in wardrobe and ample storage space. You will also find a second and third bedroom, which comprises of twin beds and built in furniture, all finished to the highest standard. A luxurious toilet and shower room with fully enclosed shower, sink with mirrored cupboard above, then another separate toilet/sink.
The living room comes with a large 6-seater wrap around sofa, which gives you that added space and it means all the family can spread out with their feet up. 43”TV, electric fire along with plenty of windows to make it feel light and airy. WiFi available - unlimited devices. The lounge also offers a pull-out double sofa bed, allowing for a total of 8 guests to stay comfortably on a relaxing break. The kitchen comes fully fitted with integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, gas oven/hob, extractor fan and lots of cupboard space. The dining area is fitted with a 6-seater sofa/stools and dining table with large windows alongside it to let plenty of light in. There is double glazing and full central heating with a fire in the lounge. Stepping outside you have a sunny south facing garden and patio area. There is personal tarmac parking. We are situated in a quiet cul de sac location of the park, so no through traffic. Minutes’ walk from all the main attractions of the site.

We require £100 to secure your booking with the remaining balance to be paid 4 weeks before arrival date. A £100 damages bond is required with the balance but is fully refunded within 72 hours of departure if everything is in order.

Fri-Mon and Mon-Fri breaks are available (or Mon-Mon, Fri-Fri).
Entertainment packages are not included in price but can be purchased through Haven on arrival at customer services.
