The caravan is deep cleaned and sanitised after every stay for your safety.
The caravan has:
Capacity to sleep 6 people with 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twins).
Shower room with toilet and separate toilet.
There is heating in all rooms.
Smart TV and DVD Player in lounge along with a selection of board games, books, DVD’s, and CD’s for your enjoyment.
All Bedding is included.
No towels are supplied.
Travel cot and high chair are available upon request.
Patio area with picnic table and chairs.
Parking for 2 cars.
All gas and electric included in the price.
Our caravan has it’s own WiFi, it’s included in the price so no extra costs. Bring your firestick or use your own Netflix account on our 42” Smart TV.
Small pets are very welcome.
Sorry, but no smoking is allowed in the caravan.

Your holiday can be paid up in instalments up to a week before arrival.
There’s a £50 deposit to secure your booking which is non refundable. Full payment to be made 7 days before arrival.
Arrival is anytime after 2pm and departure is around 10am.
SITE FACILITIES:
The Red Lion Caravan Park in Arbroath is one of the most popular sites in the Angus region.
Holiday Park Facilities include a Pub Club, Amusement Arcade, Indoor Pool (including a Jacuzzi, Sauna & Steam Room), a Fully Equipped Gym, Laundrette, Grocery Shop, Takeaway, Restaurant, and safe Children’s Soft Play and Adventure Area. Some of these activities are available at an extra charge.
Pets are welcome but some breeds are banned, please check with reception if unsure (01241 872038].
The Pub/Club has 2 bars and a family room where Bingo and live entertainment is available at the weekend and weekdays during high season. Children are not allowed in the bar area but are most welcome in the entertainment room.

LOCAL AREA:
Arbroath is a large picturesque east coast fishing town which is home to the famous Arbroath Smokie. There are a wide range of facilities, entertainment and nightlife including; A sports centre, variety shows at Webster's Theatre, bingo hall, a boating pond, ice skating, golf, fishing and even a Tattoo Studio nearby.
On the seafront, directly across the road from the park, you'll discover the 'road train' providing trips into the harbour area of town along with a mini racing track which features Formula One cars, saloon cars and motorbikes.
Also all-weather tennis courts, mini golf, putting, playground equipment, an outdoor pool, and children even have their own disco area, also a floodlit skatepark. There is Jumpin Joe's, an indoor jungle gym, with play centre, soft play area and cafe, and Pleasureland Amusements which is an indoor small theme park including an arcade, waltzers, dodgems and much more, great for all the family on those wetter days.
There’s also the traditional fun of the beach. A kiosk that sells burgers, tea, coffee and of course ice cream, in short, guaranteed fun for all the family!
There is a McDonalds, KFC, B&Q and ASDA supermarket with petrol station and cafe within a 5 minute walk of the site, also a fish and chip shop a 10 minute walk away. There are also many takeaways that deliver direct to the site.
Arbroath Golf Course is only a 5 minute drive from the Red Lion Holiday Park.
There is a car boot sale every Sunday at 8am. at the shopping centre car park.
Arbroath Town centre is a pleasant 15 minute walk away where you will find a busy High Street, a nice shopping mall and a bus and railway station for connections throughout the country.
