Had a fab stay at the Caravan spotlessly clean lovely welcome basket. Had a small problem but this was resolved straight away, Debbie and Bob were a lovely couple and couldn't do enough for us. Would 100% recommend this stay.

First time away in hunstanton, such Wonderful easy people to book with and such a fantastic clean caravan and site for all the family. Will definitely be back next year thanks again ????

We’ve just got home from a long weekend stay in the Franklin and had a wonderful time. We have 2 young children and took the dog with us too and I cannot fault our experience at all! Debs has been so helpful, right from the get go! Emailing me back and forth answering my questions, and even going above and beyond to ensure the welcome hamper that they left us would be suitable - checking allergies etc! The caravan itself is perfect, great size, all very clean, and had absolutely everything in there necessary! She made sure we were happy before she left and as we walked in I immediately spotted the welcome hamper which was full of goodies for us and the kids, but also dog bowls, and a treat cone for her too!! There’s also a really useful welcome folder which includes lots of info about the local area, takeaways etc! Very handy!! Thank you for a great stay!!

Were met on arrival and shown round.Spotlessly clean,beds made up with clean fresh bedding,welcome hampers for us and our dog.Caravan equipped with everything we needed.Sunbeds provided so we could relax on veranda.All in all a wonderful stay.Thank you Debbie and Bob

Thank you so much for your an absolutely wonderful stay in the Franklin! Our kids voted this "the best caravan ever!! We were delighted with everything, cannot find a single fault. Booking and payment were simple, greeted on arrive and had everything explained, plus recieved a lovely little welcome hamper :-) The beds were made up and all immediate essentials were provided - it truly was a home from home stay! The van was immaculate!! We were worried with covid, but the care and effort that the owners made to ensure hygiene and our safety was above and beyond and very much appreciated. Everything is top quality and comfortable, it was the prefect relaxing break we needed and all at a reasonable price, not sky high like so many caravans. The site is lovely, well maintained, with bar, pool and entertainment. There is a tesco in across the road and the beachfront right round the corner. We are 100% booking again for next year and cannot wait!! Thank you!!

Just back from a brilliant weeks break. We were met at the caravan and shown round by Bob. The caravan was spotless with lovely fresh,clean bedding it, felt homely and welcoming. Everything needed was provided in the caravan which also had a large decking area with reclining chairs and small tables. It is close to the beach and a short walk into town. Lovely touch of a welcome gift on arrival and excellent hosts (Debbie was unable to be there when we arrived but came to meet us before we left). Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend “Home from Home”.
