The balance for you stay is due 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. (this is when we will request your guest passes and these will be emailed to you as QR Codes) Should the balance not be settled by this date, we have the right to cancel your booking and re-advertise the dates and the deposit will not be refunded.
There is a refundable damage deposit of £50 or £100 if taking a pet. This is to secure your date also.
There is an additional charge for taking pets
1 dog - £30
2 dogs - £50
Should there be any damage to any of the fixtures, fittings or appliances within our Holiday Home by guests or pets then we have right to refuse returning your deposit to pay for any such damages.
