HOUSE RULES:
*Strictly No Pets.
*Strictly No smoking or vaping inside the caravan, or within 2 metres of any open window or door.
*No cigarette ends to be left around the outside of the caravan.
*Check in from 4pm on arrival date. Check out by 10am on departure date.
*1 Vehicle only to be parked next to the caravan.
*Please ensure the caravan is left secure any time you are away from it. This includes closing all windows as well as locking the door.
*Please use bins provided for all sanitary waste, nappies, and wipes.
*Upon checkout all used bed linen, bath mat, any hand towels, and tea towels, are to be placed into the silver bin bag provided for cleaning.
*All heaters and the fire must be turned off completely any time you are away from the caravan.
*Gas fire must not be left unattended at any time, this includes not being left on over night.
*Please leave the caravan in a clean and tidy manner upon checkout.
*Please ensure all washing up is done and put away upon checkout.
*Empty all bins and remove all rubbish upon checkout.
*Please ensure the key is securely placed back in the key safe upon checkout, and the code numbers jumbled up.
*Please inform us of any damages.
Failure to adhere to these rules may result in full or partial loss of your deposit.
SECURITY BOND:
All bookings require a £100 security bond. This is refundable 7 days after check out, subject to the caravan and its contents being found complete, undamaged and as they were when you found them. Any missing or damaged items will be deducted prior to refunding. Should any damage caused exceed the full amount of your bond you may be billed for the additional costs incurred. By booking you agree to these terms.
CANCELLATIONS:
Please see UKcaravans4hire cancellation policy. If you wish to amend your dates rather than cancel entirely please contact us and we'll be happy to help organise that.
ENTERTAINMENT PASSES:
Entertainment passes are required by the park to enter certain entertainment venues and other activities and ARE NOT included in your caravan rental. These passes have to be purchased directly from the park are available to purchase from Reception on arrival. These are an additional cost of up to £110 for a week for a family in peak season. WIFI can also be purchased at Reception.
