Hi All, Welcome to our caravan. We bought our caravan so that we could use it for weekends away here and there because we love going to our haven holiday park. My kids love all the entertainment and the outdoors plus it keeps them off technology for a little while. We would like to share our caravan to families who has similar interest in having holidays by the sea and entertaining the kids with building sand castles and the good old famous penny machines in the arcades which are all across the sea front and in the park. We would just like to offer out our value for money moderate caravan to families who dont have silly amounts of money to spend and are watching the pennies on a rainy day and hope that people can enjoy it as much as we do Thank you for reading Emma

The caravan has heating throughout the property and an electric heater in the front room. There is seating for 8 people around the table and living area, and a separate toilet and shower room. Waldrobes in each bedroom and is supplied with linen

Description

Nearly new Willerby seasons 2018 caravan situated in the middle of Seashore Haven resort, right by the pool complex and a couple of minutes walk from the main reception and entertainment.

The caravan has a nice spacious living room/ Kitchen area with seating area for up to 8 people and a brand new smart TV.
A separate toilet and shower room, Two single bedrooms with twin beds and a single fitted wardrobe in each room.
The main bedroom has fitted wardrobe, mirror and small dresser and bed side cabinets either side a standard double bed.
The plug sockets in the bedrooms also support a usb fitting.

We allow dogs in our caravan but would ask that if you allow dogs on the chairs that you bring some sort of dog blanket to place on the chair.

With every booking the cost is for the caravan hire only and doesn't include any of the fun passes for the entertainment on the park. These you will have to buy from the reception at the Haven resort when you arrive.

There is entertainment galore in the evening with the fun stars and character shows to entertain the children in the early evening as well as discos and an evening show which is a guest act twice a week.

The park is 5 minutes walk from its own beach and about 2 miles from the main great Yarmouth beach and town centre, with a sea life centre and pleasure near by.

Local supermarkets are 10 minutes away like Asda and Tesco's and Lidl.

There is park security on site for you comfort and a reception which is manned 24/7.

Just got back fron Emmas lovely van, this is the second year we have been. Already booked for next year too. Lovely big van, plenty of room, clean and immaculate. Fridge freezer is a god send as buying out is too expensive all the time. The cooker wouldnt turn off,, Emma arranged for someone to come and make sure it was safe. Then a gas engineer came first thing in morning to fix it. Less than 12 hours from when I text her to when it was fixed. Highly highly recommend this van, quite area yet short walk from clubs, shop, and beach

Had a lovely stay in this caravan at seashore. Was very easy to check in rooms all made up on arrival and was nice and clean. Situated in a great spot on the park 2 min walk to the beach, coast house and pool literally 30 second walk from the caravan and perfect for kids at night time as it’s situated in a very quiet area. Communication from the owner is fantastic, emailed all information to me before our journey and we could go straight caravan enter the keys safe code and start our holiday. Will definitely be booking another holiday at seashore with this owner again. Thanks you so much :) x

We stayed in Emma’s caravan in May 22 for a week and had a most wonderful time. The caravan was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The site was very well kept. Would highly recommend a stay here.

I was looking for a short stay break to allow me to take my Dad away for a few days and allow him to do some fishing and came across this caravan at a great price. The caravan was lovely, beds all made up and everything clean. The bonus was having 2 toilets which we weren’t expecting. A lovely caravan and would definitely book again. Thank you

Took our grandchildren away for their annual holiday and was having trouble finding something reasonably priced and came across this site and got ourselves a place to stay, the caravan was lovely plus it was nice and clean the owner contacted us on our arrival day to say that if we needed anything to just contact them all very easy to deal with easy to book in and out will definitely use this site again.
