Southview Leisure Park is Lincolnshire's premier 5* Leisure Park situated just a few minutes drive from the seafront of Skegness with all its shops, amusement arcades, lively entertainment and wonderful attractions for the family. If you fancy leaving the car for a day there is an excellent bus service which runs direct from the park into Skegness. At Southview you will find all the usual facilities plus many more to keep you and your family occupied during your stay.

SPORTING ACTIVITIES: Indoor heated swimming pool with Jacuzzi and water slide, Fitness gym , 9 hole golf course .Fishing lakes, Bowling green and snooker lounge. And many more things to do .

FACILITIES: Sun beds and sauna, Children's pool, Restaurant, Sports bar with entertainment, children's play areas, Amusement Arcade, Mini market and launderette. Should you wish to use all the facilities at Southview passes are available from Reception on site. We don’t provide them .

Large fully fitted modern kitchen has integrated dishwasher, integrated washing machine & dryer, large American full fridge freezer, Integrated microwave, plenty of storage space full size cooker a free standing dining Table with 6 Comfortable high back chairs . patio doors too on the front . and floor cupboard spot lights.and under cupboard spotlights

2 bedrooms. We supply pillows and duvets you just need to bring your own linen and towels. Or there is small charge if you would like bedding Supplied.

Wow what can I say what a fantastic holiday home it had the wow when we walked in so big!! The plot this holiday home is on is amazing it had its own private garden safe for the kids to play, Another bonus of a night when it was warm in the main bedroom it had patio doors we kept open to keep cool, So close to all amenities didn’t need to use the car once around park 1 minute to shop over the road from the new complex and 1 minute to the show bar Jay & Mel have great communication from booking to even when we arrived We have booked again for next year we can’t wait thankyou

Lovely van ,well kept and very clean. Nice position on the site close to site shop and Boathouse pub and restaurant. Has it's own little garden that's secluded and at the time if our visit full of different flowers. Thanks to Mel and Jay.

Perfectly situated, right between both the showbar and the shop/ swimming pool. Corner plot so it has a secluded garden for the children to play! The caravan itself is beautiful, with everything you need and also for the kids aswell. We would definitely recommend and will be back. It felt like home and we didn't want to leave.

Just returned from a weekend in this lodge and we had a great time, lodge is lovely and clean with all the amenities you require. The lodge is in a perfect spot with easy reach to Skegness. The host Jay and Mel are always on hand and easily reachable. Will definitely be booking this lodge in the future ????

Brilliant lodge, really homely and cosy. Very clean and fully stocked with utensils etc. Good position for shops etc. About half and hour walk into town.Will be back

Absolutely loved our stay, thank you so much. Beautiful caravan on such a nice pitch, near to all the facilities but still lovely and quiet, it even has its own little garden. The caravan was absolutely spotless and the owners have thought of everything that their guests might need for their stay, it is a real home from home. The park is great too, kids had lots of fun and the whole place seems to be working really hard to make sure it is covid secure.

£100 deposit required on booking for the dates you have chosen this keeps your holiday secure and is refunded 7days after you have had your holiday. £100 is only refunded if the caravan has been left in the way it was before your holiday nothing broken no pets or smoke smells and also left in a clean condition.

The full balance for you holiday is due 4 weeks before you go. Or pay upfront.

Once you arrive at the caravan there will be an information sheet on how everything works

Please note south view is based on a family holidays we do not let any large groups of woman or men stay (hen & stags).

Also no groups of people under the age of 25.
